ZillowVERIFIEDThere is absolutely no way my husband and I could have made it through this home purchasing process without Gordon?s expertise...and patience. Gordon is extremely knowledgeable, kind, resourceful and cool under pressure. Gordon was able to help us find not only our first home, but it happens to be our dream home. I would recommend Gordon to anyone and everyone looking to navigate the real estate world. I am sure we will be working with him in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED Gordon is awesome, he was very attentive to me during our purchasing process. My son also used the services of Gordon and both of us are extremely satisfied. We are in a little different situation where we are relocating from NJ to TN as two of our sons live and work in Lebanon. My wife and I had been searching for a bit and driving Gordon a little crazy, but he was all on board with us and kept us focused. We recently closed on our dream home and are so pleased! Gordon settled my fears on many occasions as we still have both homes and needed to work around some good size obstacles. He made me feel at ease and gave me the support and assurance I needed. He is the utmost professional and I would immediately recommend him to everyone! Thanks again Gordon!!

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I decided to move from MA to TN and Gordon was the agent we fell on. He ended up being GREAT! Solid points of view on homes and neighborhoods (only offered opinions when asked). We flew out to look for homes with our 2 little kids. He made sure that kids were entertained while the wife and I looked around through the homes. It was exhausting but if not for Gordon it would have been a mess and a half. After the purchase, things were smooth. He negotiated the home sale contingency which we needed. Honestly, it was a very smooth experience overall. Hes also responsive even after the purchase and very helpful with suggestions. If your work Gordon, you are in good hands!

ZillowVERIFIED Gordon Perry is who our agent was when we purchased our beautiful home. We found him on Zillow and just called to see if we can look at a home we noticed that was for sale (Not the home we actually purchased). Without hesitation he asked when would be the best time to for us. I replied with now if possible... without hesitation he immediately dropped whatever he was doing and met us out there --(WOW) I wasnt expecting that! We ended up purchasing a home a few month later (we are picky) after seeing over 50 homes. Gordon was so wonderful, I cannot imagine using someone else. He was patient and extremely knowledgeable! He knew all of the pros and cons to look for in a home and actually took the time on each home to point them out and teach us what to look for. He wanted to make sure we purchased our forever home. When I say this guy is AMAZING he truly is! Go with Gordon- hes the man! P.S. Gordon- If your reading this, the kids say Hi Mr. Gordon! :)

ZillowVERIFIED My Wife and I, as first time home buyers, could not be more thankful and thrilled with using Gordon Perry. He was so patient and quick to respond, as well as knowledgeable. When the time came and we found just the right house, he knew just the right things to do to ensure we got the house we loved. Thank you so much for making our first time buying experience so great, Gordon, and thank you to Village Real Estate.

ZillowVERIFIED I recently moved to Nashville from Atlanta and didn?t know much about Nashville real estate other than some research I?d done on line and the neighborhood in which I was living. When I explained to Gordon what I was looking for he emailed me a list of houses and neighborhoods to drive by and check out prior to scheduling appointments to look at the homes. He explained each neighborhood, what I could expect if I lived there and information about each house. He also listed the houses in the order in which I should look at them in order to minimize travel time as they were all located in different parts of the city! When I saw the level of detail, and the thought that went into the information he was providing, I knew we was the agent for me! That level of detail continued throughout the entire process. Gordon is a top-notch real estate agent! He?s intelligent, knows the market, is a great communicator and an excellent negotiator! He went through the appropriate due-diligence in order to provide counsel on an offer and constantly stayed on top of the process and kept me informed. His has a broad network and is even helping me identify resources for some repairs that need to be made post-closing. I couldn?t speak more highly of Gordon! I?d recommend him to anyone looking for an agent. He?ll be the first person I call when I think about buying or selling!

ZillowVERIFIED Gordon was an exceptional agent and always looked out for our best interest. He advised us on decisions in buying our home. When he didnt feel something was right he addressed it and made sure things were satisfactory for us. Even after our closing he saw a charge in our closing papers and checked it out and got the incorrect amount charged to us refunded. We would definitely choose Gordon again if we were selling our house or buying another one.

ZillowVERIFIED ?As first-time homebuyers relocating, my husband and I were extremely fortunate to work with Gordon Perry. Although we were working within a budget and still living thousands of miles away, Gordon treated us with the same thorough attention as though we were spending millions. He assisted us during every step of the transaction resulting in a successful purchase. Thanks to Gordon our dreams of owning a home have come true!?..... Kelly Condon

ZillowVERIFIED Gordon orchestrated a very complicated fractional ownership sale for my property in Hawaii. This meant guiding many applicants through the involved process and economics of fractional ownership. I think Gordon is especially suited to the difficult or more involved real estate transaction where a lot of diplomacy and skill in salesmanship is involved.

ZillowVERIFIED Ive worked with many realtors over the years and I can honestly say that Gordon Perry is the most professional and knowledgeable agent Ive experienced. Coming from the mainland, I needed someone with extensive knowledge of Kauai. He quickly understood my short list needs and recommended properties that met my expectations. In fact, the first property he showed me ended up being the one I purchased. We jointly developed a bidding strategy and ended up saving several thousand dollars below what I expected to pay.Since I was back on mainland, he represented me in the final walk through inspection and ensured that all closing paperwork was completed and delivered in a timely fashion. In addition, Gordon recommended several contractors for renovation work which saved even more money.I would not hesitate to recommend Gordon to all my friends and family...Richard

ZillowVERIFIED Selecting a real estate agent is a very important decision for any home owner or investor. Given the inherent risks involved, having a true professional in your corner is critical. I have had the good fortune to work closely with Gordon Perry for the past several years, as he has represented me in buying and selling several investment properties. I have very high expectations for any agent I work with, and Gordon has truly impressed me with his professionalism. He maintains a thorough knowledge of each market he serves, is exacting in evaluating properties and pricing, and always provides an objective analysis of the options. Gordon consistently demonstrates a deep desire to serve each of his clients. He listens carefully to his client?s questions and concerns, and provides an informed, reasoned response. He is a pleasure to work with and I can recommend him with the highest level of confidence.

ZillowVERIFIED I have been involved in real estate for over 20 years. As a result, I had high expectations when it came to finding a qualified agent that could assist us in finding a second home. Fortunately, I found Gordon!!! He exceeded our expectations! He not only answered questions regarding homes for sale but gave us a brief history of the real estate areas of interest to us. He is also technologically savvy which helped us tremendously. We were able to look for a home, fill out the contract and close all without leaving Texas. Not only is Gordon a trusted and professional individual, he is now our dear friend (as is his family). He?s extremely knowledgeable, patient and dedicated. We wouldn?t consider working with anyone else!.....David & Martha Monticone

ZillowVERIFIED We cannot recommend Gordon highly enough. We were buyers from out of town, that Gordon had not met, when we started our purchase process - and Gordon treated us like family. He helped set up amazing accommodations on a days notice, listened to our needs and showed us exactly the places we wanted to see, helped up find financing for our place and was an amazing advocate for us. Not only did he keep us up to date daily on the proceedings, he did so while we were traveling abroad, making sure we were always in the loop. Once we closed, Gordon did not exit stage left - he was instrumental in helping us while we renovated our condo - recommending contractors, resources, etc. In short, you dont become a client of Gordons, you become a member of the family?..Matt and Jackie S., Los Angeles

ZillowVERIFIED Gordon is a terrific agent. He helped us sell our condo and purchase a home. All of this was done long distance from Colorado. Selling long distance isn?t a problem but purchasing could be without the right agent. We knew we would have limited time to select a home. Gordon worked with us for a couple of months as we looked at properties on the internet and he would check them out for us and give us his opinions and comparisons. When we finally got there to look at properties, Gordon had the perfect selection of homes for us to preview and we were able to purchase our new home on the first trip. I can?t imagine that a long distance purchase could have been any smoother than ours. Gordon was very knowledgeable of the market; he was a joy to work with. His insight, communication and advice were invaluable to our purchase. We have purchased several homes and rental properties over the years, the most remarkable thing about Gordon is that he is the only agent who stayed in touch after our purchase closed and helped us deal with other matters that would have been a great challenge for us to do from Colorado. Gordon is by far the best real estate agent we have dealt with?.. Robert & Linda Gall

ZillowVERIFIED ?I initially contacted Gordon via the web as my wife and I were looking to acquire a second home/vacation rental. Gordon?s professionalism, work ethic and knowledge of the associated real-estate market was immediately evident. I appreciated how he worked with me even though I was located in Alaska and most of our communication was via the phone and/or email. Gordon was willing to explore all listings and the do the necessary work for our family to find the right place. Gordon represented my interests in every way and made it very easy to purchase a home. I am very happy with Gordon?s work. I strongly recommend Gordon as an excellent real-estate agent. He is not only my agent but he is now a friend? ?. Dan and Jenny Fawcett, Alaska
