ZillowVERIFIED Gordon and Sandy are two of the most genuine people. I loved working with them from the beginning of my process all the way to the end. They never pushed me to make a decision on a home and honestly kept me from making offers on homes that didnt suit my needs based on what I said I wanted. They were never pushy and they never let me rush myself into making a decision. As crazy as this market is, with so many agents expecting their clients to make offers above asking by ridiculous amounts , they never did. They are the kind of agents I would have no problems recommending for years down the road. I feel as if they are not just the agents that helped me find the perfect home for my family but hopefully life long friends. He will take time to show you as many houses as you need to see to find the right one. He also knows how to look for problems in a home that may be "deal breakers" and advise when it is not desirable to purchase. He's not just out to "make a buck", he wants you to find the home that is perfect for you and that you will not regret buying. Gordon also is great at giving advise as to what should be repaired or improved to make your house sell-ready. My house sold after only being on the market for one week and 5 showings because I made all the upgrades that Gordon recommended.

ZillowVERIFIED If you're looking for a home and have no idea where to look or what you're looking for in the Canton, Plymouth, Northville, Saline etc area, Gordon Libby is your man.He helped us buy our first house, and he is *very* patient - we had no idea what we were looking for, but he patiently kept asking questions, winnowing it down, looking at house, after house, after house, until we finally found the one.This was not a short process - we even gave up for a while. Gordon, however, never gave up on us. When we decided to back off, Gordon was 100% respectful of our wishes and let us have space and time to think.Eventually we found the house we wanted, and he gave us all of the information we needed to make an informed decision - and what was really great, was he *didn't make any attempt to pressure us into a decision*. He kept answering questions with facts, not sales pitches, and got process related things done quickly and accurately.He was always reachable(within reasonable and, to be fair, even some pretty unreasonable hours), always friendly, and either always had an answer or always got us one quickly. He had a large depth of experience to draw on and made us feel comfortable in our first home purchase.We had numerous issues with our mortgage company and the city, and Gordon sorted it all out. He also negotiated with the other party to make sure they didn't back out on us while we were struggling with these issues. Without him we wouldn't be in our house right now.I fully recommend Gordon, he really worked to meet our needs and I could not be more impressed.
