We had our home listed with another real estate agent and were, unfortunately, locked in to a 12-month contract. During that time, we received no offers. As soon as that 12-month contract expired, we listed our home with Gordon LeRoy. Within 3 weeks of listing with him, Gordon contacted us with a full-price offer on our house! Gordon was very knowledgeable of the area, brought us to to see many properties which gave me alot of options to pick from.
