ZillowVERIFIEDGordon was great to work with. He was very professional, knowledgeable and patient. We looked at numerous homes over a two year period and he was always willing to work around our schedules, which was sometimes tricky as we lived out of town. We love our new home in Downers Grove and would highly recommend Gordon as a realtor!
ZillowVERIFIEDIt was an excellent experience working with Gordon. His knowledge and expertise really gave me the assurance that my house was going to sell, and he did accomplish it as promised. I would definitely recommend him, if youre looking to sell or buy a home.
ZillowVERIFIEDGordon is amazing! My move was unexpected, and the result of a separation, which left my two children and me in a bind. Gordon assured me that he would be able to help us find something, so my son could stay in the same school district, as to not cause more distress. Gordon not only found a townhouse for us, but made sure that everything went smoothly! I would absolutely recommend Gordon for any real estate needs! He not only helped my family find a place to call home, but gave us peace of mind in a very stressful time of our lives. Thank you Gordon!!
ZillowVERIFIEDWe met Gordon at an open house. During the open house he was professional, polite, knowledgeable of market and the home. He was never hovering or pushy during the open house. After the open house he followed up to our questions with detailed information. Again, never pushy but made it clear he would like to work for us to find a home. We decided to use him in that effort. He kept us informed of the house we liked, while showing us other homes that met our criteria so we were always aware of the market. He stated several times he wanted us to make a well informed decision and ensure we were happy with our new home. He realizes buying a home is a very big deal for the buy in time and money. He truly want the buyer to get the best deal possible and the right home. He was willing willing to move from one home to the next with just as much focus and effort as the first home. He returned our calls or text within minutes not hours or days. He would respond day or night very quickly with an answer or that he would get back to us while he looked into our question. He represented us very well in negations and closing. We got a home well under appraised value thanks to his help and advice. I highly recommend him for anyone looking to buy a home or sell a home. Because we were so impressed with him we asked him to list our home and use his personality and skill to sell our home. He would be the fist one I call to buy our next home or sell a home.
ZillowVERIFIEDHe was very quick, helpful, and patient! He knew how to answer my many questions since it was my first home. I would recommend Gordon to any of my family or friends!
ZillowVERIFIEDWe highly recommend Gordon as an agent for anyone interested in selling and or buying a home. He is top notch among realtors and a complete gem of a person! Gordon really listened to us as we shared what was most important to us as we looked at different houses. He has an appreciation for completed updates in homes and can discern if the updates are of quality workmanship. He takes the time to check mechanical items that may be costly to replace and considers that in the overall value of each home. He has a kind and patient approach to searching for a new home and always stays positive.
ZillowVERIFIEDRecently my husband and I purchased our very first home, and it was all thanks to our outstanding realtor, Mr. Gordon Adams. Gordon was incredibly supportive and professional during the entire home buying process. He cared about our needs and wants while looking at homes and always gave his opinion while making sure to listen to ours. Gordon made many trips far from home to come show us houses in the area we were looking. He called other people in the city to research homes so that we would have the most information possible about each potential property. Even with traveling long distances, he still scheduled showings and meetings when it was most convenient for us after work. He was fabulously responsive and attentive to our concerns. As first time home buyers I was nervous during different situations and Gordon constantly stayed positive and enthusiastic. I really felt like he was rooting for us the whole time! Gordon truly made this a great experience and made us feel like we were his first priority throughout. I cannot recommend Gordon enough and I have the upmost confidence that he can help anyone find their dream home!Thank you again for all of your hard work, Gordon!
ZillowVERIFIEDGordon has excellent knowledge about Naperville area & was a great resource to identify ideal areas within Naperville to buy a house . Gordon has an eye for details & he was able to identify good quality houses for us .Thanks to him we have a great house at a great location within our budget.
ZillowVERIFIEDVery professional and prompt business experience with Gordon. He'll go out of his way to make sure you're happy. I took a long time to find a place that was right for me and Gordon stayed as dedicated on the last home showing as he was the first. I definitely recommend!
ZillowVERIFIEDGordon is very knowledgeable and honest. He had an entire package of info for me to look at upon my first meeting with him. He had all the comps in the area, current listings and recently sold listings as well as an idea of what to list my house based on the comps. The whole process was easy because he did all the work for me. Gordon was also always a phone call/email/text message away if I had any questions.
ZillowVERIFIEDGordon did such a wonderful job helping us find a home.... not only did he get us the home we fell in love with; he also coached us when we were feeling overwhelmed and encouraged us not give up! He truly cared and wanted to find that perfect home for us to make NEW memories in; it was his goal! We looked forward to looking at houses with Gordon because he made it fun and most importantly he was HONEST!! Which is very important to us and to any home buyer! We highly recommend Gordon to be your real estate agent, buying or selling; HE WILL GET IT DONE! Out of ALL the agents we met over the 2 years of walking through "open houses" we chose Gordon!
ZillowVERIFIEDWe are beyond grateful for Gordon and all of the help he gave us through this next chapter in our lives. Gordon helped us sell our home as well as purchase a new one. He really worked to make sure that just the right person purchased the home we were selling and was thoughtful in the process. Gordon really took the time to learn about our wants and needs and kept us on track and positive the whole time. Gordon's dedication and time spent with myself and my husband helping us find the perfect home was way above and beyond anything we could have ever anticipated. Communication was outstanding, any time of the day or night and always positive and thoughtful. Gordon will ALWAYS be our recommendation with the highest praise to whomever is hoping to make there dream home come or sell there existing home come true.
