ZillowVERIFIED Glory is a FIVE-STAR realtor! I recently worked with Glory Crafts & her team to sell my property and I can genuinely say she exceeded all expectations. Her high standards, work ethic, integrity, and market knowledge are consistently praised by many of her past clientsaEUR"and after my experience, I see why. From Day One, Glory was proactive and invested. She helped stage the house beautifully, arranged necessary improvements, and opened doors for potential buyers with several open houses. She knows the Sugar Land / Houston-area market inside and out, and uses that expertise to help position your home for the strongest possible interest. What impressed me the most was her communication: prompt, clear, and consistent. I always felt informed about where things stoodaEUR"feedback from buyers, market updates, and next steps. Glory and her team were deeply involved throughout the process, from setting the right listing price, to arranging those staging details, to ultimately seeing the transaction through to a smooth closing. ZillowVERIFIED Glory was the most helpful realtor I've ever had! She is sweet, knowledgeable, easy to work with, and knows how to get things done quickly and efficiently. The house we bought was actually one that Glory bought herself and had many improvements done. So she was both the realtor and the owner. She worked with us on crossing off every agreed upon item off the inspector's repair list one by one, and she kept all the paperwork for me. Then after I moved in, she helped me sell my condo. It sold on the very first day it was listed! Glory knows how to set up a house so that it looks amazing. She was also very helpful in getting us in touch with the title company for every step of the way. I think God sent her our way and I'm so grateful.

ZillowVERIFIED We fell in love with a house Glory was selling, and she saw to it that everything was in perfect condition. We closed quickly and easily. Then she advised us on how to fix up our condo to sell. Her advice worked, and it sold quickly for the asking price. She navigated us through difficulties with the buyer, negoitating repairs and concerns of the buyer about some costs in closing. I would highly recommend her to anyone. She is familiar with all of the processes involved in buying and selling, and knows our area well.

ZillowVERIFIED Glory is the quintessential realtor. She guides, mentors, researches, and seals the deal. In our work with her she was always immediately responsive to all communication and went the extra mile to research new areas where we finally bought our new home. Frankly I cannot think of anything that she did not do to keep us informed and to work in our best interests. Even though we were not a 7 figure home buyer she was completely attentive. One of Glory's best abilities is to listen--she heard all of our needs and desires, then set it in action. Brava!

They worked their clients/contacts before the house went on the market and created tremendous interest when the listing went live. Over 15 showings the first day.....which created multiple offers. ZillowVERIFIED We felt like we hit the jackpot working with Glory and West. When casually looking around the area for a new home, we stumbled upon our dream home that was listed by Glory Crafts Team. We called Glory and West, who responded quickly and kindly showed us the beautiful property. From the first meeting, they made us feel at ease with their sincere, no-pressure authenticity, and we were grateful as they generously imparted their helpful market knowledge. A few days later, we decided to move forward with purchasing the home and because we were so impressed with Glory and West in our communications thus far, we asked them to act as the listing team for our own house that was to be sold. This was the best decision we could have made, as Glory and West did a terrific job preparing our home for listing and always kept our best interests in mind throughout the sale process. (We received multiple offers and our house was sold within 9 days.) The Glory Crafts Team also used their significant experience to help guide us in the subsequent purchase of our dream home. They were able to make a typically stressful situation (of selling one home and purchasing another, during a pandemic!) into one smooth, enjoyable milestone experience for our family. We are forever grateful and absolutely recommend working with Glory Crafts Team!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Over the years, I have purchased and sold numerous homes and rental properties.A A Each transaction, I relied on the experience of a realtor.A A What sets Glory apart from previous ones I have used was how in tune she was to market trends in the rapidly evolving landscape of real estate.A A From the moment we sat down to discuss our strategy, I felt a partner in the process.A A I had interviewed a half-dozen other agents before landing on Glory.A A A I found some too new to the business and others more interested in their accomplishments of moving homes than selling mine.Upon settling on Glory, we went right to work reviewing market trends in the area and settled on a price we felt confident would sell the house quickly at top dollar. Once listed, I received multiple offers and had my final offer within five days.

ZillowVERIFIED I cannot say enough good things about Glory and West! They had recently sold two other homes on our street for top dollar and brought the value of our neighborhood up. So, we knew Glory and her team could do the same for us. Glory is very intentional with how she markets her homes and the love and attention to detail shines through when she is ready to list a home. One of the special touches that she includes is free staging of your home. We had already moved out of our home when Glory went in and worked her magic. She recommended paint colors and gave us a recommendation for a painter. Then, she tastefully staged the house turning it into a beautiful home. I was beyond impressed with how it looked!! Imagine our delight when we received an offer after the VERY FIRST SHOWING!!! She had not even officially listed it yet! We were thrilled to accept a full ask offer and closed less than a month later. It really was a seamless process and it felt great to know Glory and West were taking care of every last detail behind the scenes, so that we could carry on with our busy lives.Glory and West work extremely hard to get to know their clients and makes sure they are providing the best possible service. They will support every aspect of helping to buy or sell your home. I would highly recommend The Glory Craft Team!

ZillowVERIFIED We are extremely grateful to Glory and West on the job from start to end to sell our house.Starting on how to get the house ready, what work was important to do (and what may not necessarily add value). To helping us to improve the general house appeal (decorating has historically been on the low end of our skill set). Their experience and knowledge was key on getting the house sold very quickly (after just 4 days of showings). They were above the bar on helping during the process, even working during their vacation as well as after hours. This experience was as smooth and professional as it can be, they both were really a pleasure to work with.Thank you Glory and West for everything.

This was a completely different experience. From start to finish, things went smoothly. The team is knowledgeable, helpful and a joy to work with. Usually, I am the one chasing paperwork, scheduling things, calling for things, running around. By the end I'm so glad it's over. This time, it was completely different.
