ZillowVERIFIED Glorisell worked hard to sell our property on Tower Hill as we were contingent on a property in Maine. We had time constraints and several challenges but together we were able to remain hopeful and sold and closed quickly. She stayed positive although several changes occurred. She also sought out help and advice from other coworkers and professionals. Thank you for your help, Glorisell!

ZillowVERIFIED She did excellent during covid and always pleasant to work with. I had another realtor for many years that helped me buy 4 houses in Lawrence. She ended increasing a commission a hour before the closing. I told her if he did it she was fired. That is what I did . When I was ready to sell next house I went to open houses to find a new realtor when I met glorisell I knew I found new one. It was my 4 th one and a week later she listed my 3rd Lawrence investment property last year. Then when I found my new RI house I listed last house with her that recently closed !

ZillowVERIFIED Glorisell was a god send; she made this process seamless and painless for me. As a busy professional, I needed someone like her to take the wheel and drive me through the process; she did just that. I had a deal fall through due to the pandemic and not even a day later, she setup a viewing and got me the offer I was looking for. I highly recommend that if you are looking for someone that will hustle to get you a desirable outcome, call Glorisell Ortega.

ZillowVERIFIED Glorisell and her team helped me immensely. I sat with Glorisell not know anything about home purchasing but she explained the process to me and introduce me with a few loan officers that offers the loan program that I was looking for and I decided on the one that best suited me. Once approve she didnt waste any time and we only went to see houses that had the characteristics I was looking for, once I found THE ONE she went into negotiation mode and today I cant believe I have a place I can call home. All thanks to Glorisell and her team. Ill be forever grateful!

ZillowVERIFIED No words can describe the professionalism that this team has. As a first time home buyer I was very nervous but Glorisell and her team made sure to educate me on the process and they were all available from the beginning to end of the process. Today a few weeks after my closing any questions I have about the new house they always respond to the point of showing me which trash can I should buy. I definitely recommend Glorisell. Please give her call.
