ZillowVERIFIED Gloria was the most knowledgeable of our specific neighborhood versus the other realtors we interviewed, and her listing estimate was in the middle and seemingly most reasonable. I have sold seven properties in three states before and none worked as hard as Gloria, with lots of advertising, multiple open houses, great staging suggestions, and even signage changes. She did a great job during a tough marketing time.

ZillowVERIFIED Glorianne came, she saw and then she conquered! I received an introductory postcard in the mail from Glorianne, noting that she is the # 1 broker in New Rochelle, just when I was getting my home ready to list. I called her for a consultation and at our first meeting she was prepared with detailed information about our neighborhood real estate market, as well as a detailed marketing plan for my home. She adjusted her ideas and the suggested listing price after seeing the interior, which indicated her flexibility, intuition and knowledge. I followed every single one of her recommendations, and we had an acceptable offer the first week after our open house. I loved working with Glorianne. She is smart, professional, extremely knowledgeable and, also, incredibly sweet. She did a fantastic job for us and I recommend her without reservation.

ZillowVERIFIED We highly recommend Glorianne Mattesi as an experienced, exceptional realtor. When choosing a realtor, we had interviewed individuals from several prominent real estate agencies. From the start, Mattesi had impressed us by arriving at our appointment on time, with extensive comparative listings and research on local market conditions. We had first met her when she had represented the seller of the house across the street from us, which Mattesi had priced higher than what other competing brokers had recommended. Sure enough, that house sold for a high price, as Mattesi had predicted.Mattesi positioned expertly our house to sell, recommending staging, pricing, marketing. She showed meticulous attention to details, including landscaping, paint colors, even display of specific fresh flowers during an open house. We found some potential buyers and their realtors to be unpleasant. Mattesi remained charming and diplomatic with everyone, a critical skill in a realtor. Instead of frowning at our dog, a beautiful Labrador retriever, Mattesi greeted him affectionately and called him her marketing assistant. She got along well with people and animals alike. In her knowledge of the local real estate market, process expertise, responsiveness, and negotiation skills, Mattesi was masterful. Thanks to her guidance, we had multiple bids and sold our house at an attractive market level price, for cash only.

I connected to Glorianne through Zillow and the difference was night and day. Glorianne knows the market very well and was extremely proactive from start to finish. Gloriannes expertise and hands-on approach was invaluable and resulted in multiple offers. I couldnt be happier with the experience and highly recommend her. ZillowVERIFIED Glorianne was extremely helpful in our home search in New Rochelle. She gave great tours of each home and was able to accommodate our busy schedules and meet with us on weekends. When it came time to make an offer she helped guide us through the process to make a competitive and ultimately winning bid. She was very forthcoming and honest about each home we saw. When we looked at fixer uppers requiring major renovation she gave us a list upfront of all the repairs she thought could be needed (obviously you would need a home inspection to get an accurate assessment, she just pointed out her personal observations) she never hid anything from us and she ultimately helped us put together a winning bid in a bidding war. Glorianne has a lot of knowledge about New Rochelle and knows almost every street in town. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a home in The area.
