ZillowVERIFIEDGloria was just the expert I needed after struggling with other professionals and researching on my own. She understood what I needed quickly, and her in-depth market knowledge helped me find the perfect home quickly. She also connected me with local experts I could trust to ensure everything came together without a hitch (and early!) which was important for this first time Texas homebuyer.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I had a great experience with Gloria. It was our second time working with her to find a home to rent. She was very proactive, professional, and efficient. She provided sound guidance, helped us negotiate and navigate some difficult situations, and gave us confidence throughout our search. She was also very knowledgable about neighborhoods and was able to steer us to places that would be a good fit for our family. Overall, working with her gave us peace of mind. We highly recommend her!

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I were first time home buyers, and we had a strict budget and tough requirements. Gloria helped us find a home a bit outside what we were expecting for a great deal better than what we were expecting. She helped us every step of the way and really met us where we were at. She didn't over explain, but she explained everything exactly as she should. Her social intelligence and knowledge of the housing market was crucial and it showed with getting the house for I think the best price possible.

ZillowVERIFIED It was a great experience. Gloria was very thorough and detailed with the contract, going over every section with me. The photographer she hired took very high quality photos. Gloria Walls was very thorough and advocated well for me. She went above and beyond, helping when the inspection report came in to advise on where I could find particular services.

ZillowVERIFIED Gloria did an amazing job selling my house. Whenever there were issues that needed addressing, she went above and beyond what anyone else would do. I would not have sold my house without her expertise. I will definitely be going back to her when I buy my next home.

ZillowVERIFIED Gloria listed our home rental to find a tenant and we were really satisfied with her work to list the house for the first time. Gloria helped us prepare the house, arranged for daytime and nighttime pictures to be taken, and quickly wrote the listing in a professional manner. We had no setbacks during this process, and we really appreciated how smooth it went for our first time.

ZillowVERIFIED * I can't speak highly enough of our experience with Gloria Walls . We were very impressed with her professionalism and, more importantly, her genuine interest in making sure we found the right home. Her extensive knowledge of the Austin, Tx and Georgetown area market helped us focus in very quickly on the right neighborhoods, and even in a very hot market, she was extremely patient and never tried to rush us through the process. As new home buyers and a military veteran we had to lean heavily on Gloria in evaluating homes, and her hard work, expertise and responsiveness really helped make it easy for us to choose the right home. And thanks to her guidance and advice during negotiation and closing, I feel very comfortable that we got a great deal on a great property. Gloria is a rare combination of caring and competence. We now consider Gloria a friend and would highly recommend her to anyone searching for a new home in Georgetown, and the Austin, Texas area. Thank you so much Gloria and you deserve full 5 on every aspect :) it was a honor and privilege to meet you and thank you for everything.

ZillowVERIFIED Gloria was so responsive to any issues that came up. She also would answer my questions or let me know what was going on with the sale after and before normal business hours. Had another realtor that couldn't close or vet buyers on two contracts, but Gloria used her knowledge and expertise to make sure that I, as the seller, was represented completely on my third contract. Most realtors want to do less and get paid max percentage, Gloria made sure I received the maximum amount of funding for my property.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I were trying to sell our house for the last two years to get out of the first home we bought. We were first time home owners that felt we rushed into the entire buying process without knowing anything. We met several agents who told us our house wouldnt sell for much more than we bought it, and we should just sit on it. Gloria was the first person that really sat us down and helped put together a plan to sell it at a decent price. That plan got our house sold in one week for full asking price. Not only did we get everything we wanted, but it was the highest any house had sold in our neighborhood... youre welcome old Neighbors!! I couldnt believe it! What seamed so overwhelming and stressful was the smoothest most streamlined process I have ever been a part of. Gloria is extremely knowledgeable, and is not afraid to get her own hands dirty to make things work. Gloria really put us first, and always made sure that she made herself available to answer any questions or concerns. I highly recommend using Gloria walls for any of your buying or listing needs. There is no doubt that she will exceed all of your expectations and then some!!

ZillowVERIFIED Gloria Review Gloria pounded the pavement finding us a home when we hired her. My wife and I were first time home buyers and due to a aEURoeone a blue moon snafuaEUR? lost the first house we were attempting to buy. Needless to say, my wife and I were pretty disenchanted with the house buying process. Gloria was a breath of fresh air. She is a very sweet lady that went out to find our family not just a house but a home. Gloria found us some good places to look at and once we settled on a house, she fought tirelessly to get us the best deal. She worked with the sellers to make sure our home would be move in ready. If you want a great realtor to find you a home, shes the one to pick.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I were very pleased with our experience with Gloria. We were first time home buyers and had many missteps and a steep learning process, however Gloria helped us and stayed patient with us throughout the way. She even helped us find temporary housing and other miscellaneous things we needed along the way i.e. furniture shops, painter, etc.! She is very personable and an easy person to work with. We would highly recommend her as a realtor.
