She had a marketing video done and encouraged us to hire our own appraiser to find appropriate view house comps to help us set a price. We had a quick sale and a smooth process. Gloria was the first realtor I contacted that asked when she could call me, rather than telling me to call her or just sending short emails, and when we did speak she was extremely helpful.
