Gloria was honest and responded quickly to all of my requests. She also found the companies to work on the outside and the inside of my home. Gloria worked with me to set the correct sales price for the house to be sold and moved the sale much faster than I could ever have expected. The contractors that she found to work on my home were excellent, they priced the repair work to be done at a reasonable, respectable rate, which I believe was fair. I believe Gloria Green was the best realtor that I have worked with. I have been buying and selling homes since 1981.

She has the local knowledge of the area, great response time, and great communication skills. Believe me, she doesn't use a time clock. Gloria was available whenever we needed her. Due to our location, most of our almost everyday contact, was done via phone, texts, and e-mails. Whenever we could meet with her in person, she always made sure it was an accomadating time for us. ZillowVERIFIED I was just about to give up buying a place after bad experiences with 3 other agents. Gloria didn't hesitate to help me buy a Short Sale-something no one else was willing to do. Aside from the bank, there are a multitude of agencies/offices involved. Gloria dealt with all of them in a timely fashion and kept me posted throughout the entire process on a daily basis..or more, if necessary. She wouldn't let any of the other parties shrink from their duties and even negotiated with the HOA on my behalf. I was ignorant of NC real estate dealings and short sales, in particular, but she answered every question I had and was always available to me.

ZillowVERIFIED In September, 2007, We found out that my husband was being promoted and we would be relocating to Raleigh. We were to be in Raleigh in November to begin working there. We contacted Gloria Green to ask her to help in the sale of our home in Wilmington. She got started immediately. She came to our home with many suggestions in how to prep our home for viewing and gave us many words of encouragement. Her knowledge of the business was comforting as well.We were very aware of several homes in our neighborhood that had been on the market for some time even up to almost a year. There were those who had had no "bites" and some that did, but no success. Gloria assessed all of this information. The house went on the market and immediately people starting asking to view our home. Within 6 weeks, our home sold! And the best news with that was we did not come down a great deal on our asking price. We did quite well on it.During the process of selling our home in Wilmington, we of course needed to buy a home in Raleigh. Mrs. Green helped us in locating a really competent real estate agent in Raleigh and we soon had a home there. We closed on our home in Wilmington on one afternoon and the next morning closed on our home in Raleigh.We recommend highly Gloria Green and know her to be a knowledgeable, caring and pro active real estate agent.
