ZillowVERIFIED I would like to offer my opinion on the relationship that was built between my family and our realtor Gloria Carter. I want to start by saying that the entire home buying process was done while my family and I were out of state! I want to be completely transparent with my review. I would 100% recommend Gloria to not only friends but family! We first connected when I reached out to her via Zillow with a property that she was listing. We got on the phone and discussed our wants and needs and we are actually a military family and have a home in San Antonio we were going to rent and looking for a property to buy and out budget etc. Gloria took the time to explain to me the different options we had and gave us a list of properties and even FaceTimed us when she would walk the different properties. Please keep in mind we closed at the beginning of June 22. The market was very different than anything we have experienced before and Gloria was able to stay way below our budget and negotiate closing costs to be paid 100% by the seller which was huge for me and my family. I cant express to us how helpful Gloria was to us. I would recommend her if you are looking to buy or sell in the emerald coast area!

I have since purchased a home through a different agent who was very helpful unlike Mrs. Carter. She was very rude and hung up on me when I politely asked to be connected to a different agent. She went on arguing with me about incident months ago when I simply preferred a different agent. She is extremely responsive and knowledgeable, which is perfect for first time homebuyers because she could answer all of our questions in a way that was easy to understand. She knows all the ins and outs of the area and had great homes to show us. Her attention to detail is amazing, the original cost sheet she gave us when we put in our offer was spot on when it came to closing time. When it came time to schedule inspections and everything else she was totally on top of it and had great contacts to use. She was great at communicating with us, our bank, our title company, and all the inspectors.We always knew what was going on and that she was taking care of everything. We cannot recommend her enough!

ZillowVERIFIED Tim is AWESOME! My wife actually met him at an open house a couple years ago when we first moved to the area and were conducting our research. They connected immediately and we knew Tim was going to be our agent when the time came for us to seriously look and buy a house.We heard from Tim periodically from time to time, especially around the holidays. His customer service even before we were customers was outstanding! One aspect that sold us on Tim and his ERA Realtor team is the commitment to veterans with a donation from each sale. Being retired military, this convinced me to go with Tim and his team and I was not disappointed. It took us a couple of years, but we were ready to buy at the beginning of the year. Between Tim and my wife they knew the neighborhoods and we soon found a house to submit a bid. We knew it would be a contingency bid, but it was good to complete the process. Unfortunately, the bid was not considered because of the previous bid on the house so we continued our search. Within days, we found our dream house, Tim showed it to us and we were placing a bid that day! We now own it!Tim might have been "Our Realtor" for almost three years, but when we were ready at the first of the year, he helped us close on 28 February. Everything worked out with the timing, the ending of our current lease and the purchase of our new house!The assistance Tim provided was immeasurable. The bid we submitted was a fair bid. The counter offer was only a couple thousand dollars away from our offer, it was not hard to accept and rejoice.I give Tim and his team my strongest recommendation. True professionals who know their business and treat you more like family than just another customer. Tim you ROCK!
