ZillowVERIFIEDI retained Glenn as my agent to sell my parents home of almost 50 years after they both passed away recently. He came highly recommended to me by friends he helped with the purchase their first home. Glenn is extremely knowledgeable of the area and the market he works in, he knows how to speak with people properly and get things done, no nonsense. I can honestly say that I 100% trusted his judgement and knew that he was looking out for my best interest in the sale of my childhood home. Glenn did not try low ball to flip the house to make a quick profit, he is respectful and knows that this is more than just a sales transaction. With that said, he also is not unrealistic. The house was older and needed work. He gave me facts and laid out my options in order to get the best price possible with the least amount of headache. It was a difficult period of time with the passing of my parents, I had many matters to attend to and I live 2 hours away. I was in no position to have to chase somebody around to get answers and updates. If I called, he always returned my calls or texts, and emails within a reasonable amount of time, even during the holidays. I am so lucky that my friends recommended Glenn to me. I truly don't know how I would've gotten through the sale and all of my other obligations during such a trying time if it wasn't for him. I owe my sanity to Glenn Schechter, truly. I couldn't imagine working with another agent. I 100% recommend you to choose Glenn as you real estate agent if you want to work with a true professional and an all around great person.

ZillowVERIFIED Great realtor! Glenn has helped us many times throughout the years from buying to renting. Most recently, Glenn assisted us in renting our home. We were absolutely pleased with his performance as he always responded to our calls in a timely fashion and made us feel like we were a priority. He is knowledgeable and personable. He was able to rent our home shortly after it was listed. This was our first time renting our home and had some reservations, but Glenn guided us through the process with ease. We highly recommend Glenn!

ZillowVERIFIED Glenn Schechter is a consummate professional who is fully acclimated to the real estate market, negotiating and providing full service to his clients. He has guided me through real estate purchases with keen insights that are lacking in many of today's fly by night realtors. I would highly recommend Glenn to anyone needing a top notch realtor in Sussex and Orange County, and the surrounding areas.

ZillowVERIFIED We worked exclusively with Glenn earlier this year in connection with our purchase at Black Creek Sanctuary in Vernon, NJ. We found Glenn to be a consummate professional throughout the entire purchase transaction providing honest, timely and relevant advice without any sales pressure tactics. His overall real estate experience and knowledge of the local market and 'sister properties' (Crystal Springs, Mountain Creek and Black Creek) was extremely helpful to us in our decision process - in addition he provided us excellent referrals for both legal and contractor services. From our experience, Glenn was totally hands throughout our purchase on with excellent follow through and went above and beyond for us on several occassions without question. We would have no hesitation in recommending Glenn as the broker of choice.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I have dealt with Glenn Schechter at Mountain Resort Properties for approximately 15 years, both buying and selling numerous real properties. Glenn is very pleasant to deal with, is not a high-pressure salesman and has always acted in a very professional manner. He is very knowledgeable about the area and the real estate market. We are currently working with Glenn again and recommend him highly.
