ZillowVERIFIEDGlenn was a tremendous resource when purchasing our house. He supplied us with good advice and insights throughout the process. Glenn balanced his professional expertise and his approachable manner in a way that made us feel that we put our trust in the right person.
ZillowVERIFIEDWe had a great buying experience with Glenn. As first time home buyers, we learned so much from him about what to look for in a home (beyond appearances). His guidance and experience made us more knowledgeable and ultimately led us to the home we bought. Glenn was extremely patient with us (as we looked at a lot of properties!). Over time, Glenn was able to get a sense of our lifestyle and the type of property that might interest us. He was not pushy at all. We felt comfortable working with him and would highly recommend him!
ZillowVERIFIEDI couldn't have been more pleased with Glenn as my realtor, he has shown himself to be knowledgeable, dependable, courteous, and conscientious and at times going above and beyond the call of any real estate professional (even lending a hand with the move!) I would highly recommend his services to anyone interested in buying or selling their home. He possesses many attributes that a buyer or seller would want such as his pleasant demeanor , attention to detail and overall determination to get this house sold! Having roots in the area combined with extensive knowledge of home qualities and values made his services not only professional but personal. Glenn was consistently punctual and made himself readily available no matter how short of a notice he was given. He has proven to be tenacious without being overbearing. His composed manner and sense of humor helped in guiding me through this sometimes stressful process with patience and ease. Glenn was a true pleasure to work with!
ZillowVERIFIEDGlen was exceptionally helpful. An added benefit is Glen has past building and construction experience It is obvious thru Glens attention to the deals that he wants the customer to have a very good experience working with him. Very knowledgeable
ZillowVERIFIEDaEURoeWe felt very comfortable working with Glenn throughout the process of searching for and purchasing our new home in the Adirondacks. We appreciate how courteous and professional he was from start to finish, always ready and willing to answer any questions we had, keeping us up-to-date on everything. He responded to our texts, phone calls and emails promptly and then followed through on getting us the answers we needed. He has a good understanding of the local market and we would highly recommend his services to anyone searching for a new home.aEUR?
ZillowVERIFIEDI called up Glenn as he was the listing agent for a property I was interested in. I didn't have a realtor yet. Others I had contacted were not as responsive as I had hoped and didn't have any answers about questions on local matters. I hit the jackpot with Glenn. His local knowledge and connections along with his responsiveness with emails/texts was everything I could have hoped for in working with a realtor. On a personal note, Glenn and I would end up chatting on the phone about project ideas beyond the scope of just buying/selling real estate, which truly showed me he was invested in my experience and was looking out for my best interests. 10/10 would recommend Glenn to anyone.
ZillowVERIFIEDGlen was on top of every detail from the listing agreement to the closing. And, the best part was the communication. He didn't miss a step and gave the lawyers a friendly nudge. He returns calls!! I would highly recommend him
