Selling our home and buying another years later, we looked forward to working with him again. Hes very attentive and on point with everything. Review We found Glenn to be very caring, from the moment that we met in his office. Walked us through each step to finding the right home. Glenn took the time to make sure that the homes we looked at met our needs. He also made sure that we were made aware of any problem that he saw at any house. On the final walkthrough before closing; Glenn checked and rechecked the home to make sure that everything matched our agreement. He also left us some cards with local businesses since we were new to the area. Things like this are big help when the time comes for a plumber or Electrician. I would recommend Glenn to anyone.

Review Glenn is a very straightforward guy, he will never try to talk you into buying a specific house. He lets for you to find the perfect home and then adds his expert opinion as guidance. Review We originally contacted Glenn regarding a property we were interested in located in Auburn. It was a Sunday afternoon and we didn't expect to hear back until Monday, and mentioned that in our vm. A short time later Glenn called us back and also followed up with the additional info we had requested. Though we did not purchase that piece of property, once we had located the property we did want, because of Glenn's follow-through skills we knew he was the right realtor to represent us. He always returned calls and emails promptly. From the negotiation process right through the closing, he made it as easy for us as it could have possibly been. Review Anyone moving to the Lewiston/Auburn ME and surrounding area would be best served by contacting and working with Glenn Gary for all their real estate needs. Glenn was always available, whether by phone/email or in person, when I first came to the Lewiston area in July of 2015 my time in town was limited, Glenn worked his schedule to best fit the requirements I gave him, on the final day we found the property that I purchased. Because of commitments elsewhere, this was to be an away closing, Glenn assisted with getting things completed like, Septic Inspection, Oil Furnace check, among others. Because of his positive relationship with the closing company, the closing went very smoothly more quickly than was thought.
