We had a few health issues during the selling time period and Glenda made everything easy and comfortable for us. We were frequently out of town and Glenda handled any issues that arose in our absence. We had tenants in one of the units and Glenda communicated with them and made sure they were comfortable throughout the whole process. During the inspection phase some issues needed to be addressed, and the buyer seemed ready to walk away, and Glenda jumped in and helped save the sale.
