Howard was fantastic in navigating the sale of my property. It was sold in 10 days. Howard did some great marketing via a number of social mA(C)dia avenues as well. Although he was representing the seller (myself) he is an honorable person and ensured fairness to the buyers as well. We had major issues with our HOA (company called UCM) but Howard was diligent in his duties. I have worked with Howard twice now.
