ZillowVERIFIED Glen was very helpful throughout this process. We have never bought this kind of unconventional home in this type of a community. We have bought and sold 5 homes and this process was challenging to say the least but thanks to Glen and his group of people we were able to get it done. Definitely will recommend Glen to anyone buying a home.

ZillowVERIFIED From before the process started, just talking around the table, to the close of escrow, Glen and his team were accurate, detailed, and let nothing slip. His evaluations proved that he knew the market, the area, the profile of the buyers, and our profile. He helped us set reasonable expectations and worked with us to keep focused. He was honest with us and keeping our best interests in mind. Even though the markets were unpredictable, he kept his promises and after the first open house gave us the option of coming off the market or stay the course. He was open and prepared to do whatever made sense to us, not his listing. We stayed the course and got what we were asking even though there were tempting offers. We felt that we sold the house to the right family and that they will enjoy raising a family as we did for 38 years.

ZillowVERIFIED We have used Glen as property manager for our home in El Granada, CA for 6 years. He's very professional and a real nice guy. Then we decided to sell the property. Since we now live out of state, much of the prep work to sell the house fell to Glen. Again he came through with flying colors. He kept us updated of market conditions as we prepared to list it and once listed, delivered a great buyer with a great offer within three days. It has been a real pleasure working with Glen and his team! Excellent. Ellen Shell

ZillowVERIFIED We are incredibly glad that we reached out to Glen for help with our home purchase.Throughout the process, we learned the benefit of having a talented agent to navigate unusual variables and complexities presented by the sellers circumstances. Glens guidance and discretion, delivered with a tactful and effective approach while at the same time demonstrating exceptional professionalism and integrity, was essential in securing a positive outcome. The support team with his office is also tremendously helpful, approachable, and supportive to work with. We could not be happier with how this turned out.

ZillowVERIFIED We feel incredibly grateful to have discovered Glen and his team. Glen was referred to us through a common acquaintance who recommended him for his deep knowledge and authenticity. Glen and his team helped us to buy our home. He was instrumental in helping us to understand the market, strategize our offer, and come in under budget on our purchase. On top of Glens skill and knowledge of the market, he was incredibly comforting to work with. Glen is kind and patient while also direct and incredibly prompt in his communication. Glen embodies integrity, and we trust Glen 100%.

Inspections, photos and showings went smoothly. Everything was done very professionally and even with Covid-19 we sold our home for over asking.

ZillowVERIFIED The Glen Mitchell Group handles a rental unit for me. I did lots of research. Talked to many people who rented homes and asked about what they liked and what made them stay in certain rental units. The biggest reason was how responsive the agent was and how satisfied they were when things went wrong.I have only had positive experience with Glenn and his staff. Right off the bat my unit had plumbing issues on a Saturday, and he got it resolved same day and at a reasonable cost.

ZillowVERIFIED Glen and the GM team were amazing to work with! Glen is very knowledgeable about the real estate market, and he was smart in his suggestions about what I should do to update my home before putting it on the market. I was already in the process of relocating out of state, so I really appreciated that Glen had good contacts with some reputable service providers in the area and could help me coordinate some of the work when I couldn't be there. I can't say enough about how easy it was to work with Glen and his team during the entire process of selling my home. The team provided me with all of the information I needed, made sure that I knew what to expect during each step of the process, and everything was done on time. I highly recommend Glen and his team for anyone who is thinking about selling their home.

ZillowVERIFIED Glen and his team gave us very practical advice on how to best prepare for the sale. They were very professional in handling our sale. They explained everything very well. I grew to trust them in their judgment and found I could rely on what they said. They had a very good grasp on the realities of the sales in our area and what kind of expectations to have. We had a fairly unusual situation and had a lot of special things to do, and they were very helpful in getting us the resources we needed to get things fixed up. Definitely they are an excellent group and I would highly recommend them.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I are real estate investors and first met Glen when we ended up with a very difficult tenant and needed to pull in a strategic property manager to handle them. The tenant was an attorney and made wild demands on us so we brought in Glen. We chose Gken because of his mild demeanor and ability to calmly handle very difficult personalities. Glen did an amazing job and was able to smoothly transition this nightmare tenant out of our property. We then moved back into the property and decided to sell. My husband is a licensed realtor but when we went to sell our personal property, we wanted to remove ourselves from the equation. We leaned on Glen and his team once again to represent our home is the most professional manor. His assistant Melinda helped us stage the home and even keant us her own bath towels for display. They had the home sold in 3 weeks and made the entire process as smooth as possible. I have a strong personality myself so I really appreciated Glens calm and unemotional way of handling things as it kept my type A at bay and helped me stay calm through the nightmare tenant issue and handling the buyer's requests. Hire Glen, you will not be disappointed!

ZillowVERIFIED We've bought six houses and sold five, so we have some experience with realtors. Glen Mitchell is easily the best realtor we've worked with. He helped us understand the CA housing market respectfully and patiently (It's quite different than anywhere else we've lived!). He was very quick to respond to our needs and helped us get in to a great home at a great price. Six months later, due to a job lay-off, we had to sell and relocate and Glen again did an excellent job marketing our home and helping us make a nice profit! He really helped make a stressful time less so. He is a man of integrity and we highly recommend him!
