ZillowVERIFIEDWorked with Gladys as a seller once and as a buyer twice. She was a great help with both. She is very knowledgeable with the market status in the area. She is always available and returns calls, emails or text in timely manner. She will listen to what you are looking for and give you advice if necessary. I'll use her again and so do you.

ZillowVERIFIEDGladys helped us buy 2 homes for the past 2 years. She guided us during the difficult process of buying a short sale and so the next purchase was easy. She is there to guide you with each step to take. She will work for you either you are buying or selling a home. We will use her again.

ZillowVERIFIEDMrs. Nosal helped me purchase my first home in 2010. The process was scaring but Mrs. Nosal reassured me that everything would be ok. She answered all my questions in a timely manner, met with me as much as I needed, and was honest with me about why a property did not or could not go through. I appreciate her with all my heart and hope that she is still in business when I purchase a home again.

ZillowVERIFIEDGladys both helped me buy a condo and then sell it. She has an exceptional knowledge of the market and goes the extra mile to help both a buyer and a seller. In the sales process she expedited work and negotiations to make the sale possible while I was away from the site. Personable, knowledgeable and ultimate professional.

ZillowVERIFIEDGladys helped me to buy my first home, she showed me several homes until we found the perfect one for me, then helped me negotiate the best price with the seller. For a first time home buyer, she was great, she walked me through everything. I would definitely recommend Gladys to anyone looking for a home and I will be calling her when I look to buy a new home.
