Gizely was assisting us through out the whole process hikding our hands. Did above and beyond of our expectations. She is very responsive knowledgeable honest and very down to earth, but most importantly she fights for her clients interest and rights. We had a tough seller, and she right there fighting for us to achieve the best deal and make sure our rights were not compromised.Felipe her husband works with tower hill loans along side with his sister Suellen who is also a sweet heart. All 3 make an amazing team. Felipe was very diligent and fast acting in making sure we were working with the best bank and interest rates. Like I mentioned above we had a tough seller and they made the process as smooth as possible and quick! Felipe and his team are amazing and got us lowest rate ever!!! And did not settle for less! Gizely went above and beyond to find us all different types of home we would love that fit our style so we looked at condos, two family and single family homes. She was very knowledgeable when we went to see these houses she knew a lot about the properties and all the extra stuff that goes into the house for example having oil, septic system, condo fees, ect. Every question we had she knew the answer. It showed how incredibly experienced she is in her field. She was awesome too when working with our schedules, we went house hunting with her late at night and on the weekends in order for it to be convenient for us!
