Unfortunately, we could not move forward due to covid and my giving birth. A few months later, I contacted Gisele and said Im putting you down as my realtor. We hadnt even spoken since our initial conversation, but she was totally prepared and ready to go to work. Once my family found the property we wanted (a new construction), Gisele went with me and PRAYED over the lot. This spoke volumes because it showed me that she was just as personally invested in this journey as we were. It wasnt just another sale for her. Finally, at the end of it all, Gisele showed me that not only is she a sweet human, but a fiery realtor. She was aggressive when necessary and held everyone (escrow and lender) accountable, making sure my loan did not slip through the cracks. Overall, Gisele is just absolutely amazing. We were in escrow prior to the pandemic with multiple offers and a few above asking, unfortunately the potential buyer backed out a week before closing due to the fear and uncertainty in the real estate market. Gisele never gave up! She was determined and worked carefully through the pandemic. We closed several weeks ago at listing price. I strongly recommend her as she is committed and passionate. She also established a strong relationship with the buyers that made the transaction very smooth.
