ZillowVERIFIED Giovanni was extremely helpful to help my partner and I purchase our first home. He helped me learn the process since I was not familiar with the process. Before I tried connecting with a realtor, I was worried that I was going to be taken advantage of at some point in the process because I am new and don't really know what I am doing. Giovanni was a life saver in this respect because every single referral he has given me has worked out, from a lender who got me a great rate, a lawyer who was very thorough, and even a contractor who gave me the best quote and timeline out of anyone I reached out to and has a great working record with Giovanni's clients. I would recommend Giovanni for the referrals he has alone! And he is also objective, thoughtful, and careful to explain how to think about everything so that I felt throughout the process that I was making good decisions thanks to him. Could not recommend more!

ZillowVERIFIED Gio made the whole process so seamless. We are first time buyers and also immigrants which means a limited network to rely on to ask questions about the whole process. Gio guided us through, linked us with his dream team (everyone from the lender to the inspector to the attorney was a dream to work with) and we now own a beautiful property. It was so low stress we wondered why we didnt do it sooner! Would recommend Gio and his team to everyone.

ZillowVERIFIED Gio did a wonderful job in helping me find & purchase my first condo. He made what could be an overwhelming process for a first time homebuyer not as stressful with his vast knowledge of the market and trends in available inventory. He was always checking in and offering help during the final steps of the close process, and was a great source of information whenever I had a question. Couldn't have been happier with my experience!

ZillowVERIFIED Giovanni was great to work with. The process was extremely smooth from selling our home first, and then taking time to purchase a new home. It took a lot of homes before finding the right one! We appreciate everything he did for our family. We would recommend him to friends and family.

ZillowVERIFIED We had a great experience working with Gio! As first time homebuyers it was important for us to work with someone we truly trusted. We spent about 6 months look and put in several offers which were repeatedly outbid. In those moments Gio helped to remind us the house we would end up in will most likely be a better fit for us even though it was hard to imagine in the moment. I'm glad we listened to him and didnt get discouraged as the home we ended up buying is a much better fit for us than those we put offers in for. Do yourself a favor and work with Gio!

ZillowVERIFIED Gio exceeded all expectations for our home search as he is very knowledgeable of the Chicago area. We are first time home buyers and have been working with Gio for over a year. He was extremely patient and never rushed to make an offer. It was important to him that we found a home that was perfect for us. When we fell in love with a home, he worked quickly to help us put in an offer within 24 hours of the showing. He was always accessible and helpful even after hours or on the weekends! We cannot recommend Gio enough and will be sending our friends and family to him!

ZillowVERIFIED As a first time homebuyer, it can always feel a bit daunting moving past from just looking at homes on Zillow to actually taking that next step. Giovanni helped ease my nerves by being helpful at every step of the home buying process. His services were spectacular - ranging from sending us relevant properties that fit our search criteria weekly, helping us submit offers, negotiate a price we were happy with, to recommending appropriate contacts for financing, inspections and lawyers to help with the closing process. He always stayed in touch. If I had any questions he would always respond in a timely manner or reach out to the sellers, or lawyers to get an answer. Would highly recommend him 10/10!

ZillowVERIFIED Giovanni helped us with our first home purchase and it was such a great experience. I could tell not only does he help new home buyers, but has experience to help the most experienced home buyer. We would refer him to anyone looking to buy a home or even advice about buying/selling a new home. Giovanni is humble and allows his client to really pick what they want, while introducing them to new homes that may suit them as well. Highly recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED Gio is amazing! We are so lucky to have such a wonderful professional and friend helping us throughout the entire selling process. We put our condo on sell during pandemics. Market was slow but Gio and his team did not give up and showed the same passion during the down time. Gio is respectful and he always checked on us and responded to our questions immediately. We sold our condo super fast this year and Gio was there every step of the way. We appreciate you Gio! Thank you for all your hardwork and professionalism.

ZillowVERIFIED I am a 1st time hoe buyer and the task seemed daunting at first. Before working with Gio, I tried another broker and let me tell you Gio went above and beyond what the other guy had to even offer. 1st off he was very helpful and responsive to all my questions, all the jitters and nerves I had in buying a home he made them disappear within a few interactions we had. He was very open and worked with the schedule I had and the whole entire process from day one was one of the best experiences I had. Without a doubt I would recommend all my friends and family to Giovanni as he is a great person to work with and he definitely helped make this process smooth and simple.

ZillowVERIFIED Giovanni helped me purchase a home - fantastic experience.I first contacted Giovanni about a home that very quickly moved off the market after I expressed interest - I was bummed. Giovanni took the initiative to find an off listing home in the same condominium and helped me throughout the entire process of purchase. Everything was very transparent and he was seemingly there to help me out and answer questions at any time. I would highly recommend working with Giovanni!

ZillowVERIFIED Giovanni is a rare gem aEUR" he is hands down the best realtor and this is coming from an individual who has only worked with highly regarded realtors throughout. He has a vast amount of knowledge regarding real estate, but moreover his knowledge extends into multiple other domains where he can provide you expert advice that you would have to hire an expert and pay for. Moreover, he tailors his knowledge (and approach for that matter) to your needs aEUR" first time home owner, investment etcAs an agent, he has a nuanced, collegial manner of negotiating while still being a powerful force so you can ensure he is representing you and your needs to the best extent possible as if he were you.In terms of the process of working with Giovanni, it is as seamless and, in fact, a delightful experience. Bar none, he is the most responsive individual Ive encountered in my professional life. Not only does he respond, but he provides through, well thought out responses and even adds information you didnt even know to ask. He holds you hand and guides you throughout the process serving as a beacon. As an individual, he is exceptional. His authenticity, candor, kindness, and humor shine through. His trustworthiness makes you know you have someone in your corner.I have already recommended him to family and friends. In fact, I have recommended him to anyone I encounter who is considering pursuing real estate. He is the only realtor I will work with moving forward should I be given the privilege.

ZillowVERIFIED Giovanni is the best realtor! He brought us to see 20+ homes until we finally found our forever home. We are so grateful for his time and expertise. ZillowVERIFIED We first found Giovanni about 4 years ago, we were very impressed with him but ultimately decided to continue renting.Fast forward to 2020, we decide to revisit the idea of buying and immediately call Gio up. By now, the pandemic is in full swing and he has a baby on the way- but you would have never guessed it. He was relaxed and never pressured us, he was quick to respond and get the ball rolling, he walked us thru the next steps, and most importantly spoke to us honestly and like we were his friends. Gio is a "give it to you straight" kind of guy, he will give you his honest opinion and tell you what has worked best for previous deals.
