I am also the president and owner of Naples Remodeling, LLC. a general construction company specializing in remodeling of the REO properties purchased for my investor clients who benefit from my ability to anticipate the future value of improvements and to gauge rental income. We have reintroduced over 42 rehabbed properties back into the market in the last 7 years
