Our realtor was exceptional from start to finish. Despite the challenging market conditions?high interest rates and lower demand for larger, higher-priced homes in our community?she never lost momentum. She remained patient, strategic, and fully committed throughout the entire process. Her experience was evident in every step she took, from advising us on pricing to adjusting the marketing approach as the market shifted. Even when it became clear that we would need to accept a lower price than we had hoped, she guided us with honesty, professionalism, and confidence. When the right buyer finally came along, the transaction could not have gone more smoothly. Every detail was handled with care, accuracy, and efficiency, allowing the sale to close without a single issue. Her calm persistence, market knowledge, and dedication were truly invaluable, and we are extremely grateful for her long-term effort in getting the job done. We highly recommend her to anyone who needs a seasoned, dependable realtor who will stick with you?no matter how tough the market may be.

Ginny stays on top of everything and makes sure it all goes smoothly. She communicates regularly to keep you informed. Ginny recommended work that would enhance my property to obtain the best market price and had excellent contacts for professionals to do the work at reasonable rates. I ended up with a better price than I anticipated and am very happy with my total experience of selling my property. I highly recommend Ginny as a true professional who goes above and beyond to accommodate.

This review is LONG overdue. In January, 2014, The house she helped to sell was my fathers. I chose her because her profile indicated that she was like an energized bunny. AND she was! She gave my sisters and me the advice we needed to prepare the house for sale, She assisted in getting stuff moved out when we couldnt (we all live out of town and my dad had moved to assisted living). She was able to help us sell the place within a week or so of it going on the market. I was very impressed with her professionalism and was very thankful for all of her help. I highly recommend Ginny!

Ginny served as a buyers agent for us. She was completely professional in all our dealings. She followed up any issues that did arise rapidly and with generally good results. I would have no hesitation in recommending her.

I have purchased two homes with Ginny. She goes above and beyond the call of duty to help. She is a real knowledgeable person about what is going on in the total picture of the real estate business from purchase to closing. She has been in the area long enough that she knows many people than can help you after purchase to make any changes to your house. If you want it sold, she will get it done, and the same applies to a purchase. Lots of energy and plenty of experience.
