Alicia went beyond her call of duty to help sell my highrise condo. She kept me informed each step of the way and her husband, Gerry took fabulous professional photos of my condo. Her guidance in explaining what to expect in pricing my home for easy selling and her guidance on what to counter act with the buyer, were of great value. She is a pro at what she does and as sweet as you could ever want. You can't loose with Alicia Barnes. I highly recommend her expertise in selling or buying a home!

We have used Barnes and Moore for 3 real estate transactions. There is not enough room to list all they bring to the table. Their knowledge of the market is second to none. They helped us sell our house in June 2020 and then helped us find our current house the same month. They worked with the builder of our new home to make sure we could get moved in right after we closed on the other house. Buying and selling a home can be very stressful and their team took that stress from us and turned it in to such a great experience. We then used them again to buy some investment property and it went so smoothly and stress free. If youre looking for a real estate agent in the Walton County Oconee County, Rockdale County areas, you will not go wrong using Barnes and Moore. The best part is you will gain a great group of friends as well.

When I went looking for a house in Walton County, Ginny was the only agent who took me seriously and promptly arranged to meet me at a house that I might like. She continued to show me houses that met my criteria as much as possible and I bought one of them not long after first contacting her. The other agents either didn't respond or sent belated emails. Ginny understands the importance of taking charge and producing results in the real world, not the virtual world that others delude themselves into thinking is just as good.

This is the third time I have used Barnes & Moore. They are all extremely friendly, customer focused and very knowledgeable about the areas I looked at. They go out of the way to understand what you are looking for and even give you advice/point out good and bad aspects of the home. I have sold 3 homes with them, one taking about 5 months to sell and the others less. They worked with us to list at the optimum price we both agreed to.Lastly they are very reputable and do most anything to help you either buying or selling.
