She always kept us greatly updated. We had 3 scheduled viewing on the first day, the first person put the offer in, and we accepted that full offer price after the third day. The only thing I didn't care for was her estimate of the sales price of our house, we listed it much higher from her estimate, and it was accepted and apprised at our list price.
