ZillowVERIFIED Ginny is AMAZING! I came into contact with Ginny through a friend. I was not having any luck with my current realtor so a friend of mine referred us to Ginny. The first night I was emailed by her and asked what we were looking for in a home. She sent us some to look at on her website and I Favorited some. She then took my opinions and found some more. Remind you I was with my old realtor for 4-5 weeks looking at houses and not getting anywhere with bidding on houses. With Ginny we found the house we loved that same day we met for the first time! We put an offer down and it was accepted that same night!! So need less to say Ginny was able to get it done! She was also able to get us money to put down because I am a teacher. We ended up getting money to move into our house to help renovate it. We also used Ginny to sell our house. This was during the slow season! She told us we might have to take it off the market due to the slow season but she will do her best. She was able to sell it in 2 weeks! She also helped us find a Rental to get into so save up for our next house we are going to buy. I would recommend Ginny to everyone I know. I will keep her as my realtor!
