ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I enjoyed working with Ginny and would work with her in the future. She was helpful, professional and knowledgeable. We never felt rushed or pushed into a decision. She explained the process and always had the answer or a great resource. She offered great recommendations when it came time to ordering an inspection and getting us to a quick closing. I liked that Ginny was thorough and easy to talk to.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I moved to the Alton area to take new job and Ginny was there to help . She was very professional and she worked tirelessly found great home at great price . Then 9 months later moved again and Ginny sold out home in 24 hrs with a 20.000.00 profit . Very professional and works for the seller or buyer . She puts in countless hours and uses all her contacts to get or sell your house, used her as buyer and seller both phenomenal. Used other realtors in other locations and they cant compare .Shes dynamite in a little package .

ZillowVERIFIED Ginny helped me and my wife find the perfect home to start a family. She has helped us out every step of the way. Ginny is honest, trustworthy, and passionate about what she does. Ginny knows the ins and outs of the area, and has great recommendations on lenders, inspectors, etc. Which helped us so much since we aren't from the area. I would highly recommend her to anyone searching for, or selling a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Called Ginny just from a For Sale sign and it was the absolute best thing we ever did!! She met us within 2 hours on a Sunday to see a home and we ended up spending 5 hours together.. she is the most caring, honest, hardworking person that I know. She made the purchase go seamlessly because she made an effort to get everything under the sun to just work!! Naturally when we sold our old home it went just the same way, going out of her way to make things happen and happen very quickly. I have never known anyone so dedicated to helping people. I would recommend her to anyone that is looking to buy or sell home or property..it is so easy to see that she loves her job to help people not just make money which is rare now days!!

ZillowVERIFIED Do not hire anyone else! It doesnt get any better than Ginny. After finding our house on Zillow, we contacted Ginny to help us with the process of buying our first home. We had our hearts set on our special house and found out after closing, that there were a ton of people looking at it. Had it not been for Ginny, we could have easily missed out on our beloved home. She made a potentially super stressful situation, a pleasurable one.
