She was very responsive and kept me up to date throughout the process. The buyer was very difficult to work with (non-responsive/missed signing appointments) and Gini stayed on top of everything. I don't plan on purchasing a home again for another year or so but when I do I will contact her again.

ZillowVERIFIED I came across Gini Kaur online and I am so glad I chose her as our realtor to purchase our first home. She is very knowledgeable and made sure we understood everything that was happening. I was 34 weeks pregnant and wanted to be in a home by my due date! We saw homes almost every day after work (when I was available) and her homes were always a description of what we had initially requested. I was in my home at 38 weeks due to her working with my loan officer and seller on a daily basis. I never had to ask for an update from Gini.
