I would highly recommend Ginger Volpone and her team. They helped us sell my mother's house, and my mother was also very happy with the professional and kind way Ginger helped us with this process. Ginger knows the local market well, has good instincts, but is also very personable and easy to communicate with. She gave my mother ownership in the process, but also was adept in keeping things streamlined and simple for my mother. Ginger gave excellent advice about how to get the house ready to sell, and the house sold quickly and easily. Eric is also a joy to work with. In 2020 I was interested in looking for a home and his son kindly told me that his father sold houses. I contacted him and we immediately became friends. He shortly took me out to see houses and I was impressed by the options he was showing me. His understanding of what houses I was looking for was immaculate.
