Pre approval is key. In today's market it is fast paced. You don't want to look at a home before you know what the house payment is or look at a home and then have to run get pre approved to purchase it while someone is looking behind you only to find that they bought the home out from under you. Also, know that it does not cost you money out of your pocket to use me. In the state of Oklahoma, a buyer has the right to representation which means you have a right to have a Realtor facilitate and negotiate for you. The seller has a sign in the yard and that person works for that seller. You should have someone who has your best interest at heart. Why not use my services? I had worked in corporate, I owned a sports bar, I have a license in cosmetology and just about everything but for many years I had always been drawn to real estate. I loved everything about homes and not only that, I have always loved to help people. I decided to go into real estate and never looked back. It has been the most rewarding decision I have made.
