ZillowVERIFIED I am really grateful we chose Ginger to represent us during the home selling process. She is very personable, listens well, and is very encouraging. She also knows her stuff and was very prepared at the front end with an analysis to help us identify an appropriate asking price, helped us know what we needed to do to stage the home, and got an incredibly nice set of pictures to include with the online listing. She was always responsive to our texts and calls, and handled the offer and sale very professionally. It was as smooth a process as it could possibly be, and we thank Ginger for that. Wed definitely recommend her as a selling agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Ginger was extremely thorough and professional, and very helpful as well. It was a very last minute thing going through a divorce, she helped a lot dealing with the ?other? party... she had her photographer out within a day of me having house ready, house was listed within a day of that, my house sold for full asking price within 48 hours. She was very professional dealing with the requests of the buyer and their real estate agent.
