ZillowVERIFIEDLet me tell you somethingaEUR"we decided to go with Ginger back in August 2025, and I am SO glad we did. When we started this process, we were looking for someone who was honest, trustworthy, and had real integrity. We wanted someone who would guide us through both selling and buying our home while being completely transparent about expectations, pricing, and the overall process. Ginger absolutely killed it over the past few months. It has been a long, crazy, up-and-down rollercoaster between selling our home and searching for the next one, but Ginger was there every step of the way. She always answered her calls, kept us informed, andaEUR"most importantlyaEUR"did exactly what she said she was going to do, when she said she would do it. She works ethically and straightforwardly, but she also made us feel like we were real people and not just another commission. She listened to us, worked through all of my crazy ideas, and stayed diligent through the entire process, making things feel easy for us. We truly couldnt recommend Ginger and her team enough. Thank you for hanging in there with us, Ginger! We know we were tough clients and probably asked a lot of you, but we appreciate everything you did for us. Youre the best! aEUR" Gabe & Chrissy
ZillowVERIFIEDWorking with Ginger has been a really smooth sailing process in getting a home!! At first my wife and I were beyond stressed about the whole thing, but, Ginger was great about talking us through everything and always helped us see the light at the end of the tunnel! Ginger, if I could give you ten stars I would because you truly are amazing at what you do! I highly recommend Coberley Realty! She is great to work with, kind, friendly, and will do everything she can to get things worked out for you!
ZillowVERIFIEDGinger was wonderful in buying our new house. We are new to the area and we were able to get the maximum assistance from a long distance. She was helpful and knowledgeable of the area. I would definitely use her assistance again, if the need arises.
ZillowVERIFIEDGinger is very familiar with the region in terms of properties and the service providers needed by new home owners. She is very accommodating while working both locally and distant. She is very open about providing the information required to make a decision and never did we feel rushed into a decision.
