I received a call from this Team after inquiring on a search I did on Homelite to see about selling my House. From that moment I felt someone cared about my situation. I was so impressed with Jeb & Ginger and their whole team helping me get ready for this huge change I was about to take in my life. Never once did I feel alone or that they didn't have my back. Even when I ran across some issues with the buyer Jeb was right there with me advising me how to handle the situation. I went from owning a house to moving back into a apartment. So I didn't buy another house, but if ever I did Jeb & Ginger Blasingame would be my 1st call. Even now months later Jeb reached out to me to see how things were going. He even went out of his way me & dropped me off a Pumpkin Pie. Thanks, I truly was Blessed since that initial call.

Jeb and Ginger were very professional and helpful when putting my house up for sale. Jeb personally walked through and made suggestions for staging that really helped set it apart. They hired a wonderful photographer! Their team member, Heather, was also very helpful. They are all so kind and friendly to work with. We could not have sold our house this fast without them!

They just helped us sell our house. I couldn't be happier with the way they handled our listing. We received feedback from every showing whether it was positive or negative. The communication was great from beginning to end. If we had questions, they were always available to answer them no matter how late it was. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

We used Jeb and Ginger to Both Sell our old house and purchase our current home. We could not have asked for any better a team. Following their expertise and guidance we prepared our home for sale and once on the market we had multiple offers in less that 7 days. Their knowledge of the market and negotiation skills got us over asking and made the entire sales process stress free. When we went to buy our new home they were the best partners to have on our side. We were able to get our dream home and it was made possible by Jeb and Ginger again knowing the market and being able to negotiate on our behalf to get the best deal possible and a better purchase price then I though was possible. With Jeb and Ginger you have the added benefit of their entire team working to help you through the process. Buying and Selling a home can be very stressful but for us, whenever we had a question a quick text or email and we got the answers we needed quickly taking all that stress away.

Tricia Brantley Helped us with our very first home. We were out of town buyers and we were on a crazy time crunch. Tricia not only got to know us via phone and technology, when we got to Illinois, she told us where to go to have fun and what was great in the area. We were on such a time crunch with our jobs, we did not know where to turn regarding loans even. Tricia pointed us to Regions Bank and we not only were approved for our house, my fiancA(C)e became friends with the loan officer and landed a job there! This kind of customer service is unheard of. If an when we purchase our next home in the St Louis market, it will be from Tricia Brantey and the Blasingame group!

Great guy! He was very helpful and personable! I would recommend to anyone! He even invited us into his mothers house to sign our paperwork! While he was helping us look and buy our house, his wife gave birth to his twin girls and he never missed a beat. He was driving straight from the hospital to our showings and never cancelled any appointments!

They have always been fair with me , You can expect to be treated like a person and not a commission with the highest level of profession that a buyer and seller should expect .

I highly recommend choosing Ginger for any of your real estate needs. Ginger represented my husband and me when we bought our first home. It can be a very stressful time but Ginger was there every step of the way to guide us and help us make the right decisions regarding our purchase. She was very involved with us, the listing broker, title company and lender to help things go smoothly. She takes pride in the work that she does as realtor and goes above and beyond. Ginger has been in the real estate business for many years and is extremely knowledgeable. She was a great help and we were lucky to have her. We would use her again for any other real estate needs.
