ZillowVERIFIED BEST of the best! If you need a realtor who you can trust and rely on, thats GINGER! She is knowledgeable, experienced and trustful. My husband and I had planned to buy a house for years. When we finally decided to move forward, we didnt know where to start because the reality was different from all information on the internet. We, at least, knew that finding a right realtor is the key. But the way of finding a house is different from the past and we mostly look for a house online, which means we dont know where to meet a right person. She was a first realtor we met. When we told her its our first time to buy a house, she was even more patient and explained all the details including tons of our questions. Since then, we met a couple of other realtors but no one was informative, experienced, patient like her. So, we finally decided to work with her for our first house. To find a right house, she initially listened all our needs and preferences, and then selected houses for tour. And yes, we had a lot of tours with her. As a buyer, we sometimes see a house as we want. But she was knowledgeable and honest. She always explained pros and cons of each house. If something looked bad to us, she figured out if it can be easily fixed or better to drop. Also if theres something critical but we even didnt know, she always checked ahead, talked to a realtor of a seller if it can be replaced or fixed, before we decided to take a tour. Shes always steps ahead. She checked the status of each step and talked with companies like a mortgage company, a title company, or home inspector even before I called her to request to check a status. She wanted to make sure everything went well. We had a long list with questions whenever we move to a next step. She was so patient and knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Another thing is she has a great team. Buying a house means you need to work with all different companies. She has referrals always and all of them are great. Even after we closed, she was still checking on all minor things to make sure for us to move in with no hassle. Even for my previous rental, I made a call to her to get her advice and shes always there to help us. I would say that I didnt have much concern since I worked with her. That is not because our case was easy and smooth but because she and her team worked hard to make it happened. She is the real best!

Ginger was referred to us by our close family friends who moved from New York (from where we are ) and they purchased a home in beautiful Wesley Chapel . We wanted to start looking for our new home out of New York and since our friends kept telling us how happy they are in Wesley Chapel we decided to go there for Easter week and check out the place to see if we will like it as well. We contacted Ginger back in September 2018 and as soon as we spoke I felt very comfortable with her and I sent her an email explaining what kind of home we were looking for and letting her know that we had plans to go to Wesley Chapel in April 2019 so we can start looking a homes. Ginger took the time every week to send us updates of homes that were for sale in the Wesley Chapel area so we can familiarized with the home market in the area. This is what a true Real Estate Agent is all about . She didn't have to do this because we were not going there until the following year but she took the time even though we are in New York to keep us well informed. This was the first detail that made us feel that we had made the right choice by making Ginger our Real Estate Agent. After chatting a few more times over the phone and then finally meeting in person this past April we felt as if Ginger was part of our family. Ginger greeted us with a big smile and her friendliness made us feel like family. ZillowVERIFIED We recently sold our home with Ginger. She made a typically stressful situation feel seamless and worry-free. We went on the market in September, which is the worst time of year. She was always confident in her abilities and marketing. I looked up the average number of house showings to expect so we would know if she was doing a good job. We averaged about 3-6 per week for the entire time it was on the market (which is incredible even if it were peak season). She worked her butt off for us, and it paid off. It did take just under 2 months for us to sell, and that did become stressful (not her fault). Every time she detected the smallest amount of stress or uncertainty in my messages, she'd call immediately to find out what we were thinking and to put my stress at ease. She is a wonderful and easy-going person. She is kind and respectful, and good with kids. I simply cannot say enough nice things about her both personally and professionally.
