ZillowVERIFIEDIt's hard for me to summarize how amazing we think Gina is. We met Gina at the beginning of 2018 at an open house. We were looking for a cabin as a vacation home for our family and possibly rent it out. There was so much we didn't understand about the area. Not only the area, but things like, septic, geothermal furnaces, and well water. Not only was she incredibly knowledgable about this stuff, she won me over with how incredible she was with my kids. This purchase was a family decision and our kids were a big part of it and they went to see every house with us. We must have looked at 50 cabins in a year with Gina (we're picky). We ended up picking out a log house that was in the middle of being built. Gina helped us write up a contract that detailed so much of how we wanted the house to be finished. We went back and forth with the builder for months. I think I talked to Gina everyday from December to April. There was a lot of complications that arose during this time with the cabin (finding and active well on the property), but she was there the whole time guiding us along. We couldn't be happier with the way our home has turned out. She's an incredible, and honest person that I look forward to working with for future properties.

She was flexible for meetings/showings and was honest when we viewed properties saying both pros and cons of properties. She's had a lot of experience and knew exactly what to look for, what were important things to consider, what the next steps were. Very helpful and up to date on rules, regulations and limits especially on VA loans as far as which properties would or would not qualify for a VA loan as well as knowing why it would or wouldn't qualify. Not once was i left in the dark about where we were in the process and there was never a time that i called, emailed and texted her that she didn't get right back with me. When it came to closing she pushed and pushed to seal the deal. Overall i was very impressed with my experience with Gina. Will definitely recommend.

We are from out of state (Oregon) and wished to be close to our daughter's family (grandchildren). Gina came highly recommended to us and we were not disappointed. The initial steps she started us off on was to set us up on a couple of websites in helping us to see many of the properties that were being listed for sale. She created a website with a list of criteria of homes that fitted our needs, that we could review from across the country. This helped us get an idea of what was on the housing market for this part of Ohio and what monies would be needed in purchasing a home value we desired. She was very quick to respond to our questions as they came up during our search. When we did come to Ohio for a family visit/ house search, she was very easy to work with in scheduling time together in looking at homes that would be a good fit. We did find a home, that when we saw it , we knew it was the one and made a commitment that day. We then went home to Oregon and the whole closing process was done remotely. That can't be easy for a real estate agent, but Gina was very ably to communicate and keep us informed on the progress of the transaction as it progressed through the steps of the home sale and in sending documents across country that needed to be reviewed and signed. I also feel she had our best interests in mind at every step of the way. Would I choose to engage Gina again as a real estate agent? Definitely YES
