We spoke with a few different realtors, but Gina had incredible local knowledge, was super fast to respond every time all throughout the day, and was very personable and enjoyable to work with. She didn't try to sway us in any one direction, and stayed focus on showing us any house we wanted to see. She also showed us houses that had been recently listed and were not coming up in searches yet, which was really helpful in a competitive housing market. From start to finish the whole process was very smooth, and we love our house! I would highly recommend Gina!

She encouraged us to look beyond our comfort zone and helped us get the biggest bag for our buck. We had some issues but Gina new how to handle everything professionally. We love our home and this isnt where we are raisin for our family. If I ever sell, or decide to move there is no one else I would work with but Gina.

Shes very knowledgeable about the area and gave us phone numbers for everything we would need including well after when I randomly asked her for a local hairdresser. When we decided to sell that house, we used Gina. She literally sold it three times ( the first 2 people backed out) When Gina is not available for an engineer or whatever, her husband comes who is equally amazing

Where most realtors will sell you the sun and the moon to get your listing (AKA tell you your 2 bedroom starter home is worth half a million) Gina will always give you a fair assessment. You may not always like the answers, but the truth is valuable these days. They will work with you to sell your house, and to find the right new one.
