ZillowVERIFIEDGina was great start to finish. I was in a hurry to find the house and she took that up and found a house within 2 weeks and not just a house but a perfect house exactly what I was looking for. She updated me everyday by phone on different houses that either she had found or I had found and updated me on do's and don'ts of buying in certain areas of town for example flood zones and areas with high HOA fees. She was great I couldn't have asked for a better or more involved real estate agent. Great job Gina

ZillowVERIFIED Gina was an incredible realtor to work with as I sold my inherited home in Bradenton, FL. I currently reside in WA state and she was patient, knowledgeable and always available to answer questions and explain each part of the process. Her guidance helped me make the right decisions from listing to closing. I never felt overwhelmed thanks to her support and market insight. I highly recommend Gina to anyone, especially first-time sellers!

ZillowVERIFIED We were lucky to connect with Gina when we were still in Colorado and planning our move to Florida. We orchestrated our new construction dirt build from Colorado, so you really need a real estate agent that you trust, has your back, and is on their game when you cant be there personally to oversee all the details and decisions. Gina was there for us from day one, helping us narrow down a community, sending us photos and videos to help us choose the right lot for us and giving her honest opinion on each. She continued to keep us posted through all stages of construction, advising us when something wasnt as it should be and getting things sorted. Ginas recommendations were invaluable and spot on every time. In what was a VERY competitive market with many challenging construction delays, Gina was incredible, making sure that we were aware of every obligation and deadline, helping us chase down the necessary parties to keep our construction on track, ensuring we got to the closing table with the least amount of stress and within our timeframe. We have very high expectations and Ginas knowledge, attention to detail, communication, and support surpassed our expectations. She absolutely went above and beyond and gave 110%! Gina is definitely the best of the best. In addition to being very professional, Gina is also very personable and were psyched to now be able to call her our friend. We couldnt have asked for a better agent to represent us and cant recommend Gina highly enough.

ZillowVERIFIED I moved to the Sarasota/Bradenton area at the end of May and immediately connected with Gina Serena to help me find a new home. She was very attentive to my wishes and needs as we looked at properties together. I ended up buying a builder's lot in a neighborhood in Bradenton and having a villa built. Gina helped me through the building process every step of the way, from the initial contract through the closing. She and her partner Steve Robinson were extremely knowledgeable and checked on the progress of my home regularly. Gina's advice and guidance was invaluable. Gina and Steve make a good team, and I would highly recommend either of them for your real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Gina handled the Purchase and Sale of our property. This professional realtor isn't afraid to work or get her hands dirty. Her work ethic is admirable and she LITERALLY helped us paint & prepare our home to sale. She was knowledgeable of the closing process and even negotiated us staying in our existing home for a week after closing so we could close on our purchase and have time to move and vacate the property in reasonable time. She was our ears and eyes during our search for our new home and was influential in steering us in the right direction. We STRONGLY RECOMMEND Gina for your real estate. She's the ONLY Realtor we will use.

ZillowVERIFIED Selling a house while living out of state isnt without issues. Gina went above what I expected and is so much more knowledgeable than my prior realtor. She provided some staging using her on personal furniture and accessories. She even put down mulch that she had from when she did her own yard. She was pleasant to work with and kept me informed on all aspects during the sale of my house. Highly recommend her!

She is knowledgeable and honest, and goes above and beyond her "duties" to help her clients. She has become more than just my realtor - she is a friend. I will always highly recommend her to anyone in need of a realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Gina is nothing short of amazing! From staging our house, to taking fantastic pictures for our listing, and providing expert advice every step of they way, I cannot recommend her enough! An excellent example of how proactive she is: Shortly after listing our house, she was made aware of a community garage sale in our neighborhood the coming weekend (just a few days later). Right then, she made the decision to have an open house the day following the mass garage sale, while heavily advertising during the actual event. The result: A VERY successful open house that she hosted - in which we found the buyer for our house.

ZillowVERIFIED I purchased my home from Gina 10 years ago, so when i went to list a home for sale it was a no brainer. She is so professional and thorough from the beginning of listing it with her, to the closing. She makes sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. She even did a mini stage of our empty home which she made look cozy and inviting. I would definitely recommend and use her again.

ZillowVERIFIED Ginas the best all around REALTOR! Bar none. She hit my timetable (which I thought was very aggressive), closing the sale in a month from listing and in 10 days of contract. And got us a whole lot more money than I ever expected. Terrific staging input & help, marketing & communications. Shes a real pro who gets things done timely, seemingly effortlessly & with grace!

ZillowVERIFIED Gina was wonderful! She was always positive and upbeat with a sunny smile. When we met her, she had on a beautiful dress and spike heels. A few days later she showed up with a baseball cap, shorts, and rubber boots to begin pressure washing our dock and driveways. She worked from daylight until dark! She moved furniture in order to stage our house to appeal to prospective buyers! She spent her weekends doing open houses! And did I mention that she sold our house! You can't go wrong with Gina.

She has followed up with us to see if she can help us with anything from recommendations to referals to meet whatever our needs are! ZillowVERIFIED Immediately zoomed in on the type of house we were looking for and showed us only those that met our criteria. Made househunting a fun and pleasant experience. We were able to find a home and a relatively short amount of time within our budget and closed shortly there after. She followed up with us after our move in date to make sure we were happy with our purchase and to field any problems we may have experienced would definitely recommend Gina to others when shopping for a new home in Bradenton, Florida

ZillowVERIFIED I decided to sell my winter home in Sarasota suddenly and called on Gina Serena. Within a week or two, following her lead the townhouse was beautifully staged for showing and a contract was put forward days later. Gina is a top-notch agent. She understands the market, is available around the clock, hard-working, knowledgeable about all aspects of buying, selling, and the closing process. Gina is a mover: she opens doors, circumvents obstacles, and closes deals. Professional, knowledgeable, motivated and organized throughout the entire process, Gina relieves you of the stress of selling. She is direct and honest with you. Gina ensures communication, exudes confidence and corners the market in competence. I recommend without reservation to anyone considering selling, or buying.

ZillowVERIFIED I will absolutely use Gina to buy and sell future homes in the area! Knowledgable, professional, and driven, Gina worked to not only find a house that fit my needs, but coordinated seamlessly with the lender, an out of country seller, and the closing law firm to bring a closing in 4 weeks earlier than anticipated. She leans forward into the deal, anticipating issues and working to mitigate them before they occur, and provides top notch customer service! Thanks to Gina, I had an extremely pleasant shopping/offering/closing experience, and she garnered rave reviews from both myself and my lender on her forward thinking and professionalism. I look forward to recommending her to others!
