ZillowVERIFIEDDacquin is amazing! We met her through Zillow, and she instilled confidence in us immediately. She worked with us through the purchase of our new home and is till working with us on the sale of our current home. She fought for us every step of the way during the purchase of our new home. We bought new construction from a nationally known builder, and they were not flexible in negotiations at all. Dacquin kept asking for concessions and wasnt afraid to keep trying. We heard from her several times a week and was always available to answer questions, even after business hours. She truly cares about her clients and goes above and beyond on building a relationship with them. Some agents are in the profession for the money, but Dacquin is in it because she cares about people!

ZillowVERIFIED Bob Schiff was great to work with! He led us thru all stages of the buying experience, making everything so much easier on our part. He had the answer to every question that we would ask him, and in laymans language too. And, what a fine gentleman also, very pleasing to be around. Would use him again anytime. Thank you Bob

ZillowVERIFIED Top-notch realtor experience! Ive been through several real estate transactions, never did I feel as supported and at peace throughout the process as I did working with Jenn. She is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, responsive, and available when you need her. What truly sets her apart is her ability to think creatively, find solutions that work for everyone involved, and stand her ground when it matters most. She combines expertise with genuine care, making what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. If youre looking for a realtor who will go above and beyond, protect your interests, and make you feel like you have a true advocate in your corner, Jenn is the one. Hire her with eyes closed! Highly recommend.

ZillowVERIFIED **Highly recommend Tommy Fahey!** My wife and I worked with Tommy Fahey of The Redbud Group on our new home purchase in Lowell, and we couldn't have asked for a better agent. His responsiveness was outstanding. No matter what time we called or texted (early mornings, late evenings, weekends), we could always reach him, and he got back to us quickly every time. When you're making one of the biggest decisions of your life, that kind of availability means everything. We never felt like we were waiting or left in the dark. Tommy was also honest with us from day one and gave us straight answers, even when they weren't what we wanted to hear. He took the time to understand what we actually needed and put together a list of homes that truly fit us, saving us a lot of time on places that wouldn't have worked. He knew the market well and spotted a great opportunity: a builder looking to move a home quickly. We ended up getting it for about 25% below the appraised value. Tommy genuinely cares about his clients. If you're buying a home in the Charlotte area, I highly recommend him and The Redbud Group. aEUR" Sandeep & Hannah

ZillowVERIFIED Melissa made it possible for us to buy a home - something we didn't even know was possible at the time. We LOVE the house and she helped hook us up with local contractors inspectors and loan agents who were essential to getting this all figured out. Warm, easy to talk with, knowledgeable, and down to meet at odd times and make stuff happen when it was important. Highly highly recommend! 10/10 100/100 100000/100000

ZillowVERIFIED Chris was professional but personable. He made the search for our last home, as easy as possible. In downsizing and wanting to be closer to our children, he understood our needs and helped us find the perfect home. When glitches occurred, he was right on it in remedying the situations. ZillowVERIFIED Shanequa Perry is the best realtor Ive ever had. She went over & beyond for every situation I was put in or faced. She was always patient and helpful when we visited homes or was setting up viewing! She was always honest and blunt about her feelings about the property and she handled it professionally! I wish I could give this 100 starts because I promise you she deserves them all! She even went out her way for us to put her commission on the line to help our cash to cost decrease so her we would be able to close on the close date! And here we are closed and she still handed out gifts from her kind heart!!! Please use her for all your realtor needs I promise you will get what you want & he happy! Thanks for all you did for my family.

ZillowVERIFIED Chris was exceptional!! My husband and I didnt really know where to begin but had a quick chat with Chris about what we are looking for in a house and a neighborhood. We set up 4 houses to view and he picked 2, and lo and behold he found us the perfect home. On our first day viewing houses we wanted to put in an offer. He helped us get connected with the right mortgage broker (also an amazing broker!) and made the process seem less. We finished the home buying process and actually said that was easier than we ever expected! He is a pro, and I will recommend him over and over again!!

ZillowVERIFIED Scott was great to work with. He coordinated painters and professionals to get the house market ready. He understood all the items on the inspection report and even resolved some issues on his own. I could not have sold the house without him.

ZillowVERIFIED When I met this agent at the first property she showed me, she pulled her laptop out and proceeded to tell me that she could lose her license if she opened the door without my signature . I should have walked away right then. This was a terrible experience and I gave her the benefit of the doubt instead of trusting my instinctsaEUR|and my own common sense. Lesson learned. I dont recommend this agent and offer a warningaEUR|.Buyer Beware!
