She knew our neighborhood well and was able to represent our property very effectively, even in a down market. We were able to list, show and sell our property two days after the first open house. We had an extraordinarily short window for selling our house because we found another property out of state. Gina and team were highly responsive to our inquiries, guiding us throughout the process and advising us on key decisions (Shawn helping us through the inspections and DeAnna with her expert staging). As such, we were able to negotiate the price, title and closing processes within our very aggressive timeline - despite unforeseen challenges.
