ZillowVERIFIED Gina was the best! We were so lucky to have been put in contact with her. We had a quick closing and she was a big part of making that happen. She made sure we were comfortable with the home we were purchasing and helped put us in contact with several different people (electrician, home insurance).

ZillowVERIFIED So we were asking for someone who could help us on our house journey and Gina was highly spoken of. We decided why not give her a try, mind you it was 10pm when we contacted her. We got a response right away which surprised us because other realtors would take a day or two to get back to us. Gina explained everything to us in detail because we were first time home buyers. She asked so many questions to understand exactly what we were looking for. When we went through our dos and dont list with her we were so confident in how much she knew about what we wanted that she began her search. She had us download an app that helped us keep an eye on new listings and she spoke with us almost everyday to ensure we were completely comfortable and understood everything. If any questions came up she was willing to explain it to us and never made us feel like it wasnt worth discussing. We viewed house after house on days that were convenient for us and she made sure we had a list of viewings not just one or two. Gina picked houses that made our heart smile from the inside they were everything we wants. She is honest, quick, reliable, respectful, a great listener and professional. When we walked into house she would watch our reactions to ensure it was what we wanted in a house, she would explain background of the house and let us know if there was anything to worry about like septic or well water. She checked on the house before we got there so she had answers for everything we asked and anything she didnt know she would find out. She was mindful of us while viewing houses and was dedicated to making us first time home buyers. What I loved the most was Gina put herself in our shoes; she shopped for houses like it was for her and her family. Gina gave us advice on prices and what to expect, she offered us referrals for everything we managed not to have prepared. Every referral we used that she gave us was unbelievably amazing. Gina walked us through every step of the buying process and even stood around till the very end. She ensured we understood things that others should have explained and did everything in her power to make this a smooth transition. I would recommend her to everyone who ask for a recommendation because she deserves every client possible. With the pandemic and all the craziness she made sure we were safe, we all wore masks and she respected how we felt and thought of the pandemic and wearing masks. Im in love with our new hope and couldnt be more grateful for all she has done for us.

ZillowVERIFIED Couldn?t be happier with Gina and her team and would recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell. Sarah was our realtor and she was able to find us a beautiful home and sell ours in record time, all during the pandemic! Buying and selling at the same time is stressful enough, and during this pandemic is was even more stress inducing. But Sarah was always available whenever we needed her or had a question. She was laid back and didn?t push us into doing anything we didn?t feel comfortable, but knowledgeable enough to answer all our (many, many) questions. Thank you again for all your help!

ZillowVERIFIED Spent a whole day looking at almost a dozen homes. While we were out looking at the homes. Gina was on her phone trying to find more homes. We were able to find a house that met our needs the first day out with her, and in the end everything worked out for us.

ZillowVERIFIED As a young couple, Gina was the first agent who actually took us seriously, which was a very welcome change from the multiple agents who assumed we would be a waste of their time. Being first time home buyers, Gina walked us through every single step in extreme detail and made an experience which we were told would be a nightmare into an enjoyable and exciting journey. She was available whenever we needed her and never got annoyed with the dozens of questions we asked along the way. It felt as if we were her only clients at the time. When we completely changed the area we were looking for homes in, she was more than willing to travel almost 2 hours away to meet with us and view homes that we were interested in. We just closed on September 19, 2018 and we couldnt have done it without Ginas help!

ZillowVERIFIED Gina is clearly very experienced and extremely knowledgeable in all of the areas when buying/selling a home. We got everything we asked for and more! I wouldn?t have been able to go through the process with any other realtor because as stressful as it is, everything went as smoothly as possible because of her and her effort to get everything done in a correct timely manner. She never wasted any time and any question we had she had an answer for immediately. Gina treated us like family and showed she really cared. I would recommend her to absolutely everyone! You will not be dissapointed. The best hard working, kind hearted realtor out there! Thank you again, Gina!

ZillowVERIFIED As first time home buyers we were pleased with working with Gina. She was deligent, accommodating, prompt and always available. Seriously, always available with a response via personal text (late at night/early morning), email or showing up to locations to preview them first instead of wasting time and the property not fit our criteria. In addition, Gina was very friendly with our children even allowing them to use her personal items to distract our children from long property searches. We worked with Gina for over 5 months trying to identify, and finally purchase our home. On the day of signing, Gina purchased us a lovely house warming gift. It was very unexpected and such a thoughtful gesture. We would definitely recommend Gina again ??
