ZillowVERIFIED This is my 3rd time purchasing a home. Wish Gina was my realtor for the 1st 2. She was more than helpful & accommodating to my crazy schedule! Gina went above and beyond to get the selling to make repairs. Helped out with any questions I had. Also walked me through anything I did not understand. Set up inspections & even met with them while they did their inspections while I was at work. Gina is definitely a 1st class realtor. If you want a great experience buying a home. Do yourself a favor and hire this lady . Thank you so much Gina.

ZillowVERIFIED We first worked with Gina 15 years ago when we bought our lake house, and she was the listing agent. From the very beginning, she impressed us with how professional, knowledgeable, hardworking, and responsive she was. Even then my husband and I said to each other that if we ever sold our property, there was no question Gina would be the only realtor we would call. Eleven years later, she exceeded our expectations all over again. Gina guided us through every step of the selling process with incredible expertise, patience, and attention to detail. She truly cares about her clients and works hard to make sure everything goes smoothly.

ZillowVERIFIED Gina was the answer to my prayers. I had working with another realtor and missed out on many properties due to my credit score. There were things on my report that had already been remedied, yet my report was not changing. Gina introduced me to an amazing mortgage agent that worked miracles with my credit score in a very short time and allowed me to purchase a property I was near losing!! It was all Gina!! She never gives up and knows many people that can help get you to your goals!

ZillowVERIFIED Gina was the sellers agent for the purchase of my elderly moms home and as the selling agent for us when we had to sell 8 months later. She was so kind and professional and very knowledgeable. Communication was excellent. I have bought and sold many homes over the years and it was always my experience to have a different focus from a realtor when selling versus buying. Gina was excellent when representing the seller and us the buyer on the front end and also when representing us as the seller on the back end. My mom had passed away so there were some unusual elements to our sale and Gina was always on top of any questions and also very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Gina.

ZillowVERIFIED We highly recommend Gina for your real estate needs. We were in town over a holiday weekend, and she graciously accommodated a very last-minute request to see a homeaEUR"even though she already had family plans. That level of commitment speaks volumes. We ultimately purchased the home, and it was a complicated transaction with many moving parts, including completing the entire process remotely. Gina handled everything exceptionally well. ZillowVERIFIED Working with Gina was the best decision I made selling my vacant land. Her knowledge of the market, local area, etc is amazing! I had 10 parcels and she was instrumental in rezoning it to a single tax id which not only got it sold faster, but at a higher price. She didn't just provide guidance, but she helped do some heavy lifting. I didn't expect any realtor to do that and it was so much appreciated to have that help because I didn't know how to do any of those tasks.

ZillowVERIFIED Gina did an absolutely amazing job with the sale of our family home / townhome in Lake Geneva, WI. After Gina was highly recommended to me, I reached out to her. Immediately, she responded and we set up a meeting where she offered me great insight and advice as I considered selling our home. A few days later, I contacted Gina to let her know we decided to list our home for sale. She provided all of the paperwork, immediately responded to any and all of my questions, and had professional photos arranged to be taken within a few days. Once we listed it for sale, Gina had set up 15+ potential buyers to visit our home in just 5 days. On the 5th day, Gina significantly helped me negotiate the offer for our home, an offer we accepted. In short, Gina was nothing short of amazing ... from the first minute we met in Lake Geneva. I highly recommend Gina to anyone who is considering selling their home!

ZillowVERIFIED Gina did great job selling 2 properties for me - a second home and vacant land. I was worried about what price to list the 2nd home at and Gina definitely came prepared with her research. As someone who has lived and worked as a relator in the area for years, Gina really knew her market and could anticipate the right price to gain interest and offers. All said, the 2nd home had an accepted offer in 4 days after 10 offers! She was not only great through the process of an accepted offer but stayed in regular contact to ensure the sale would close answering questions all the way along. When it came time to list the vacant land in winter in WI, she was transparent, but I knew she would find a buyer. It took a few weeks but she found a qualified buyer and again provided the same level of service and attention. Whether you are listing for $25k or $300, Gina works hard as an agent. Unfortunately, I moved away to another state, but I wish I could take her with me for the next deal.

ZillowVERIFIED I've used Gina twice for selling properties. In my first property sale, I was nervous, but she walked us through the process, had an up to date pulse on the market, and listed the property to be competitive. I had 10 offers to choose from and we settled on one to accept. Gina was great throughout the process staying in regular contact and making sure there were no surprises. The second property was vacant land and I expected it to be on the market for quite some time. However, after only about 2 1/2 months she had a buyer and we closed quickly. Gina has been a pleasure to work with in selling my properties. She's a upfront and honest, listens to you, and makes things happen. Gina is knowledgeable about the Lake Geneva area, selling trends, and what buyers are looking for in properties. I only wish I could bring her to my new state for future real estate deals.

ZillowVERIFIED Gina is amazing to work with. Purchasing a home for the first time can be stressful, Gina was prompt, professional, and treated me as if she was helping her own child find a home. I told her the area and price range I had in mind and within months she sent me various options and always showed up with me to look around. She was honest and never lead me to jump on the first one. I was lucky to have her and am very happy with my new home. I highly recommend her to anyone who is serious about buying a home. I will always use her myself in the future and am blessed to have crossed paths.
