Review Gina and her team were everything promised in helping us with purchasing our recent home and selling our previous one. On the buying side she was able to do some top notch negotiating on commissions. In Selling our previous house, her staging was top notch, literally staging an entire house, creating a vision of possibilities for the next homeowners. The Advice she offered on contracts and guidance helped make the process very smooth all the way through both closings. Review Gina is absolutely WONDERFUL! She has her stuff together. I knew I was in wonderful hands with Gina from day one. I was selling my recently late mother's home in Centennial. The whole process was new to me, and to make it even more fun it was in the process of going through Probate. She knew exactly what was needed for the process, our time line everything. She's up on all the legal documents and would have them to me right away to sign on the computer and return to her. She has an assistant, Mary who is also wonderful the two of them together are quite the team. Her staging the house was magnificent. Absolutely beautiful. She put her own personal time in to make everything look better than it was, she was right on with everything. I couldn't be happier than with Gina. She put the house up for sale on Sunday and allowed only scheduled tours, on Monday it was scheduled to open it for all interested to see. She had it sold Sunday night, and for a good bit more to be sure they got the house. Need someone to sell your home, contact Gina.

Review Gina was really wonderful to work with! My husband and I were first time home buyers and Gina was incredible at alleviating our nervousness, answering our myriad questions, and showing us properties that matched our requirements. Being able to see properties and get one under contract was challenging during these covid times and she was so persistent and didn?t give up even when we were feeling hopeless and ready to stop looking. She was there to answer every question we had basically any time of day and was very prompt and thorough. Not only did she answer any queries we had, she even filled in gaps in knowledge we didn?t even know we had as first time homebuyers. She was a wealth of knowledge when we were considering properties that needed to be fixed up and provided us with so much valuable information on projects and renovations we showed interest in taking on ourselves. The most challenging part of this process for us was dealing with our lenders. They were truly horrible to deal with, it was such an unpleasant and frustrating situation. They piled on so much unnecessary stress to the house buying process by never meeting deadlines, resulting in us having to amend our contract no less than four times not to mention paying ridiculous fees for their mistakes. To our dismay it was so bad that not only us, even the sellers were doubtful that closing would actually happen. Gina was essential in salvaging the situation and getting closing to happen. She truly went above and beyond what her job entails, even calling and speaking to managers, etc... on our behalf and taking them to task on their incompetency! She knew when to stand her ground and when to compromise during negotiations. She?s amazing to work with! We felt like her only clients sometimes with the time, energy, and effort she put into our home buying process.

Gina was so patient and always available to answer questions. When our lender decided to make our lives a living hell, Gina made sure to step in as our hero and ask the difficult questions. She applied the right pressure on our lenders to make the necessary deadlines. She was such a professional, knowing when to use a soft tone and vice versa. Having Gina as your realtor, you'll know that you have someone that is eager to get you the home you'll love. I also love the fact that she is so proactive about seeing as many homes as possible. Some realtors get tired after a while, not Gina. To cut this short, my wife and I now hold Gina in a special place in our hearts. As a young couple (20's) she made sure we weren't jumping into a deal that we would regret in the future. Review Gina doesnt stop working. She made her schedule fit mine, took me to countless showings, and put together my offers in a couple of hours or less when I was ready. The Denver market is very competitive. Gina fought for me and made sure I was always one of the first people to see a home. She figured out how to best frame my offers so that they were more appealing than others. I thought I would be looking for homes for months and would end up in countless bidding wars but Gina helped me lock in a house on our second try- this is almost unheard of in the Denver metro. She had answers to all my questions and gave me the information I needed to make good decisions. She was honest and helped me set realistic expectations. She is the only agent I will call when I move again.

Review Gina helped me out of a huge bind. I was moving to another state with only 60 days notice from my company. She helped me sell my condo in a down market and handled ALL the logistics and paperwork for me while I was over a 1,000 miles away in another state. She was SUPER communicative to me even if it was just a quick text message, email or phone call updating me while I was at work keeping me in the loop. If youre NOT willing to entertain what Gina can provide to you in the way of best in class real estate service, then you should prepare yourself for a used car salesman experience with the majority of agents that litter the landscape. Do yourself a favor, call her and have a 5 minute conversation and youll know what I mean.
