I specialize in water front and coastal properties near the beach. After vacationing at Oak Island for over 20 years, I knew where I wanted to live full time. I have been fortunate to enjoy the island lifestyle and spectacular views of the Davis Canal at my home in Brunswick County on Oak Island for the past 14 years. I am thankful that I can work in a profession and live in a location that I love. I enjoy helping others find their dream home and sharing my love for the coastal areas in Brunswick County, NC. I was introduced to Oak Island by my husband Sherwood, whom is a native to Brunswick County. Sherwood is an NC State graduate in Engineering. I have two daughters; Christine whom works with me here at Carolina Exclusives and Shelby is a nurse practitioner. So far, 2 granddaughters and 1 grandson on the way. Pogy, my Yorkshire Terrier complete my family. I enjoy boating and fishing with my husband and read and paint watercolors in my spare time.
