ZillowVERIFIEDGina McKnight sold my husband and me out first home when we moved to Dothan. After living there a couple of years, we were ready to buy a bigger house. Gina helped us sale our house and find a new one all in just a few months. She is easy to work with and is always ready to help. Before finding our new home, Gina presented us with a PowerPoint in her office showing every house in our price range that was for sale at that time. This made it much easier for my husband and me to find our future home. I would Definitely recommend Gina and will use her again in the future.
ZillowVERIFIEDGina was extremely helpful, and very prompt when I had questions. She even pointed out things about some of the homes I would have never noticed. As a first time home buyer, she made the experience as painless as possible and was very patient with me.
ZillowVERIFIEDGina McKnight was professional, courteous, prompt, and helpful from the moment I walked in the door to see what would become my first home. She made the process from renting an apartment to renting a home easier than I imagined possible. No real-estate agent will work harder to help you find a home or to sell your home than Gina. Give her a call; you'll be glad you did.
ZillowVERIFIEDGina was awesome!!!We had a wonderful experience working with Gina. She was professional and delightful. No matter how many times we contacted her, she made us feel important. Gina was responsive and engaged from the moment we listed our house and throughout the entire process. We appreciated her helpfulness every step of the way from getting the house ready to sell through the suggested fixes at closing. Our house sold in less than a week. I would highly recommend Gina and will use her with any future real estate transactions.
ZillowVERIFIEDThis is the second house I have bought with Gina as my agent. 15 years ago I didn't even think about buying a house and she took the time to explain why I was better off buying vs. renting and then found me the perfect home. She is probably one of the most thorough agents in Dothan and truly looks out for her clients.
