ZillowVERIFIED I was recently involved with a home purchase in Tampa, Fl. Ms. Holm was representing the seller of the home. When my agent in my opinion did not respond to my needs, she stepped in and was very helpful and professional. Since I was not in Florida she meet with friends of mine for the walk though, emailed me information on the utilities and services in the area. She sent me information about the house, codes, and referrals for pool companies and landscaping companies. She could not have been more pleasant and helpful. I thank her and her team for their efforts. I can only imagine how helpful she must have been to the sellers who were paying her. I don't normally write reviews and in fact this is the first one I have ever written but is anyone in a service business I have ever run into, she deserves it. So yes need to sell a house or buy a house, you could not do any better than Gina Holm.
