ZillowVERIFIEDGina is awesome! She is very knowledgeable about Twin Falls, ID and all surrounding areas. Gina is extremely responsive at all times,....day, night or even the weekends. She makes sure to complete items, obtain responses from other listing agent and keep everyone updated. She goes above and beyond!
ZillowVERIFIEDWe loved working with Gina on finding our new dream home and selling our home! She was always quick to take us to look at houses, and kept us updated on homes that she thought we would be interested in. She always answered the phone and was quick to get things moving. When she sold our home she made sure to hire a professional photographer (good pictures really do matter!) We sold our home fast and everything went great! Honest and very hardworking!
ZillowVERIFIEDGina gets things done before shes Evan asked. We have bought and sold 4 houses with her. She makes it so easy for her client. One time our sale fell through. She had the house resold and through escrow within a month. We will only use Gina whenever we buy sell.
ZillowVERIFIEDGina was great at finding solutions to problems that arose in our purchase of a home. She communicates well and even went to the property to send us a video of the situation when we had questions. Even while on vacation, she took our calls and made requests on our behalf. I would definitely recommend this agent to anyone.
ZillowVERIFIEDGina was awesome! She was so helpful with the sale of our old home and purchase of the new one, specifically with negotiations and making sure everything was completed in a timely manner.

ZillowVERIFIEDGina was very open, honest, and helpful from the first time meeting clear to closing. I never felt out of the loop on any information. Very patient with my many questions and phone calls (which there were quite a few). Always listened to our concerns. Sold our house very quickly. ZillowVERIFIEDBeing from the state of Washington, we were looking to retire in Rupert and was looking at homes one year prior to retirement. During our search we found Gina's name and contacted her to show a few homes while we were in the area. Over that year, Gina represented us and kept in constant communications about the area, homes that came and went, as well as continuous listings that met our requirements. The biding process, being out of state, was new to both my wide and I and Gina handled that end flawlessly. Her guidance through the online paperwork resulted in no 'do overs'. Her working with the mortgage broker in Twin Falls aided in bringing the monies side and the property side together seamlessly. Her knowledge of real estate marketing met with my total approval and I highly recommend Gina to anyone who asks me my opinion on agents.

ZillowVERIFIEDWhen searching for a home my husband and I didn't really have time to do the "foot work" for searching all the websites and setting up appts. Gina not only helped, she pretty much did it all! She responded to me on Sundays and late evenings through texting and email which is super convenient for us. She set up appts that worked with our schedules, not just hers and the sellers. Our experience with Gina has left us with the home of our dreams! What more could you ask for!?
ZillowVERIFIEDI was very pleased working with Gina Jensen. Throughout the home search and buying process she was very responsive, especially when an underperforming seller's agent submitted unsatisfactory well and septic system tests. She quickly secured the information lacking in the well test and scheduled a follow-up septic inspection with a more forthcoming contractor. From the beginning of my house search to closing was just 38 days with a four day delay due to sluggish performance of the seller's agent. I can't recommend Gina highly enough.
ZillowVERIFIEDGina was great and helped me through every step of this obstacle course called "buying a home"! She was always available and a invaluable asset during the whole process. I couldn't have picked better!
ZillowVERIFIEDGina was a great realtor to work with. She treated us with respect and would do anything for us during one of the most stressful time in any persons life. She was a great person to have on our side during my first home purchase. I have already recommended her to some friends. She would answer my call or text 7 days a week. She never missed a beat and kept me updated on everything going on.
