Our parents had recently passed and we had to sell our nostalgic, childhood home that was 68 years old. We had it on the market for 6 months and received only one low-ball offer. Gina came in and told us what minimal improvements we needed to make to appeal to the current housing market target group and conducted market research so that it would be priced right. In less than 2 months we had the home back on the market and priced correctly based on comparables and the competition. ZillowVERIFIED I cannot praise Gina enough! I met with her early on, at the referral of my cousin, to see what I needed to do to get my house ready to list. She looked through my house, came prepared with comps, and talked me through what I needed to do & what to expect. She then sent me emails with pointers etc. and backed off until I was ready. Once I gave her the go, she had pictures scheduled for Wednesday, the listing was live on Thursday and open house was scheduled for Sunday. I had a full price offer within 48 hours of listing. But that wasn't good enough for Gina. She told the agent to make it worth it for her to cancel the open house, so she got me an additional $10k over list price and we were under contract that night! Gina knows what she is doing, is no nonsense and gets it done!
