ZillowVERIFIED She will bust her butt and MAKE things happen for you. Very knowledgeable and if you have questions she will have answers and if she somehow doesn't she will find it for you! Highly reccomend! Edit: I need to add more info to the review 1. She helped negotiate repairs with the seller and kept me in the loop the entire time 2. Toured the property for me with a custom video review while I was unable to make it 3. Was present for my home inspection and was able to ask/advise a few questions a newer buyer may not be prepared to ask 4. Very communicative easy to get a hold of. 5. Knowledge- You can feel confident Gina is doing her best behind closed doors to advance your loan and make sure you get the place you want.

ZillowVERIFIED Gina was wonderful to work with! She worked amazingly hard to sell our property in a short amount of time. She said that her best selling attribute is her willingness to hold Open Houses every weekend until the property is sold, and that is exactly what she did! This is an excellent technique for our Oak Lawn neighborhood as buyers already know they want to buy in the area, and come to Oak Lawn on the weekends to look for places to buy and to get a feel for the neighborhood. 90% of our potential buyers came from the Open Houses that Gina conducted or arranged. Gina works mostly in the Southlake area but was quick to learn about the Oak Lawn section of Dallas. Gina was extremely responsive to any request that we had and was very quick to complete all paperwork needed. I cannot recommend Gina enough!
