ZillowVERIFIEDI recently purchased a preowned home in The Villages, the process became very difficult when the settlement date was an issue for both parties and it seemed the deal was dead. Gina, my agent, continued to explore different ideas with both parties and eventually arrived at a solution that both parties could live with. With Ginas ability to understand me and my concerns, the process took little of my time and she was a pleasure to work with, Gina was always there and responded quickly to my needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Gina has become as much a friend as a valued broker in our search for a new home in Florida. She is there for you every step of the home buying process. Always available and ready to provide any assistance you might need in beginning the home buying adventure and providing continued help into the post home-buying activity. Lending a helpful hand after the home is closed, when many, after earning their sales commission, might become immediately less interested. Not Gina - She is very loyal on a personal and business basis throughout the home buying process, and thereafter.

ZillowVERIFIED Gina is the best of the best. 100% recommend to anyone in the market to buy or sell a house. She is extremely knowledgeable, patient, hard working, and a great person to work with. I will always be grateful for how hard she worked for my family to get us a house, specially in this tough real estate market. She went above and beyond to not only find us a house but also making sure our offer got accepted. I dont think we wouldve found a home without her. She made the home buying process easy and shared her vast knowledge and helped with all my first time homebuyer questions. In this business experience matters and Gina has it and it shows. I started out with a realtor and ended with a friend. We are forever grateful to you Gina!

ZillowVERIFIED We have been extremely happy with the real estate services provided by Gina Befumo of Ellie & Associates, Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate. As our real estate agent we found Gina to be very knowledgeable, professional, helpful and always very responsive. She earned our trust early on in the search process. This was very important to us because we were buying property from across the country without the benefit of physically visiting and evaluating the property of interest first. Gina assisted us with video walkthroughs when we requested as well as preparing timely and professional offers as needed. Her knowledge of the local real estate market provided valuable insight and allowed us to successfully close on the property of choice. After acceptance of our offer, she was also able to provide us with a number of other contacts and references in the local area that could provide the necessary services to complete the closing process such as inspection, insurance, title, escrow services, etc. There was never any pressure from her to use these services because she made it clear that the references were suggestions only and the choice of vendor or services was ours to make. We have been blessed to have Gina as our agent to help us through this process and would definitely use her again for future needs. We highly recommend her services.

ZillowVERIFIED Gina is everything we want in a realtor. She did such a great job helping us buy our first home two years ago, so when we decided to relocate, she was the only person we wanted to help us sell our home. As expected, Gina delivered! She is very knowledgeable and patiently explained all parts of the process to us, she communicates well and kept us updated every step of the way, and she does it all with a genuine interest in helping us do what was right for us. We sold our home quickly and for over list price, and Gina made it as seamless as possible. Our being repeat clients should be proof enough that she is marvelous! Choose Gina as your realtor and you will have the best buying or selling experience possible.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I started working with Gina about 5 months ago. After the first conversation we started getting listings immediately. We were living in central Georgia which made it hard to look for a property but Gina worked with us and was always there to answer questions or give advice. After a few setbacks we finally got to Florida just before Thanksgiving. When we did finally find a property Gina put together a team of pros got all the paperwork for a VA loan done closing on the house in 3 weeks. Hands down the best agent I could have asked for. I would definitely recommend Gina to anyone looking to buy or sell.

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Gina as our realtor was easy and pleasurable. Gina was incredibly responsive and informative throughout finding and purchasing our home. She has a ton of market knowledge and sincerely wanted us to be happy with the home we chose. We were close on a couple of homes but they ended up not being the right fit in the offer deliberation phase of the process. Gina was extremely patient and continued to work to find the home we sought. She was also very detailed and punctual during the closing process. I look forward to staying in touch with her and building a long term relationship should we need to move again down the road.
