For this most recent transaction, I asked Gina to show me a property. I ended up liking it and submitting an offer. With her help and connections, I was able to get a pre-approval without needing a home sale contingency. Once our offer was accepted, Gina helped me prepare to sell my house with specific checklist items that would help show the house in the best way possible. ZillowVERIFIED We decided to test the waters and see how our home would show. We were NOT ready to sell yet. We embarked on the selection of a local Realtor and for us that was a difficult process. We have many friends in the business, all of whom are very good. In the end we went with Gina. It was based on the recommendation of friends in our town that have had great success with her. We decided to meet with her and it was immediately evident why she is so successful. Professional, well informed, very specific, high energy and a get it done approach. Gina gave us instruction on what we needed to do to make our home ready to sell. We put it up on Zillow as a coming soon, to gage attention and wow, what a result. Again we were not ready to sell but in an extremely short period of time Gina had an above asking price offer that became very attractive to make it happen. The buyers were from a far away place and the process was at best very tricky for both the Seller and the Buyer. Because Gina orchestrated beautifully an otherwise complicated sale, she made it all happen flawlessly. I am not sure how many others would have made it happen. It was complicated!!!!! In the end we are absolutely thrilled with Gina and feel very comfortable recommending her to sell your home. Do not hesitate to call her and see for yourself.

We had to move out of our house before it went on the market. Gina staged our home beautifully. She expertly staged the photos and worded the description for the listing. The first 4 days of the house going on the market she had shown the house nonstop for those 4 days and we had 7 offers. She carefully reviewed each offer and went through the negotiation process with us. The offer we accepted well above the listing price. Because we were out of town, she checked on the house regularly and even kept a couple of our plants alive in our absence. She handled the home inspection, repairs needed and closing as if it were her own property. She kept in contact with us regularly so that there was never a question as to what was happening during the entire process.
